We were travelling with our child and the hotel offered us an extra bed for him for free. We really appreciated this. It is clean, easy to find and in a great location. Despite being in the centre of the city's nightlife, it was very quiet. We had a great outlook. It was a good clean well located hotel. Walking distance from everywhere. clean towels were provided each day. There was a good breakfast buffet for an extra charge. All in all a good experience.

It was a bit humid in the room. if you're a light sleeper I think the outside noise will keep you awake, but for us it was not a problem. The reception was'n good. He was'n smile, poor service. Noise from others in hotel. The mattress was suspect, I was worried about bed bugs. The elevator was out of order with no signs of repairs being done. The Wifi was very slow. The shower curtain was moldy. Rooms. No parking facility. Receptionist did not want to help us find parking. Awful service from staff, not at all friendly or helpful. Room was small, very ugly interior, awful bed. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was a dog in the room next to us which barked at nightand when I complained staff didn't care. Old building our room had a ruined floor the wall and the floor were ready to collapse. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. It is the most dirty and old room, we have ever stayed. The walls, the towels, the sheets were dirty with black spoils and hair. We complained to the reception and there answer was " Did you see only one cockroach?" Moreover, the neighborhood was not good, risky at night. It was so disgusing that we didn't stayed for breakfast in the morning. Don't you ever try it.
