The location was perfect for us for the Sea front and the Shopping. both within Ten minutes walk.   We were travelling with our child and the hotel offered us an extra bed for him for free. We really appreciated this. It is clean, easy to find and in a great location.   We love the location!! Just near to the train station, walk out, to your left, walk straight and your first right, just five minutes. And the beach, walk out, to your left and walk straight, about ten minutes. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, maybe because its in the city centre.   Fabulous location and wonderful staff made our first experience to Nice a memorable one. We would most certainly return and use the facilities again. Spacious, light and airy, fabulous wet room, large fridge, small kitchenette with double ring, sink, microwave and mini dishwasher. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel has a tram stop just outside, and it's cheap (1 euro 50) to get to the city centre / seafront. The train station Nice Riquier is a 10- minute walk away and it's one stop to the lovely resort of Villefranche.

  We have stayed here only one night and it was good. The room has enough space and quite nice bathroom. It's not close to see, but you can walk there and back to hotel. - Nice staff very helpful, the room and the bathroom are small but for the price you can't complain and the best is location only 4 minute walk to lots of shopping.
