The front of the hotel and reception area needs improvement. In fact some renovation was going on as I checked in.

Paid for a triple room but only had a double with an extra fold down bed.
I never understood if there was a breakfast. The hotel has very steep
stairway and very narrow halls. They said check-out is at 12 A.M. but
already at 11 a man came asking when are we going to leave.
Nobody did my room in three days. Hotel has no elevator and it was a tiny room with no place to put my stuff.

Arrogant staff, no soap, no glasses, no toilet paper, the wifi didn't work. I would never recommend it to friends.

This place is incredible. 999 DK for a shabby room. When you have a chance stay away!!!!.
Room was not cleaned once in 3 days we stayed there.
Bathroom was very small. No separate shower area just shower hose attached to wall. Entire bathroom flooded when you showered.
No air conditioning in rooms which meant windows had to be kept open in a room overlooking noisy street.
The price, the dirty lime deposit in shower, the shower curtain, the
shower is making everything wet in the bathroom, the hard bed, the steps
to the 3th floor, no refridgerator, not a lot of convienance, no
cleaning of bed or towels when I stayed 2 nights, I expected more for
160 euro a night !!.
