I had a delayed flight to Copenhagen of 12 hours. so I missed my return flight from Copenhagen, and my next flight was after 3 days. so I booked this hotel from the airport. the staff was nice and helpful, they understood the situation. they had allowed me an early check in, and also a late check out (if the next guest programmed for the room don't show up early). nice location, in the centre, near the central station. I didn't used any transport to visit Copenhagen. there is a main kitchen, .
all reviews » I stayed in this hotel for a week with my wife and enjoyed it. The location is great, near the Tivoli Garden, central metro station, city center and many attractions and shopping centers. The staff were very friendly and there is a guest kitchen in first floor where you can find tea, coffee, dishes, macrowave, coffee maker... And you can use these for free. We changed 5 hotel in Cph, but really felt good at this hotel. The price is low and it has big rooms in compare of other hotels we stayed. . Location is very good..more of a Hostel look than a hotel..but worth the stay even with family for a short trip.....reception was very helpfull and advised cheaper and even free possibilities for Parking. Very clean..beds to be done by yourself... Thanks. The staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in. I had a great room (#430) which had its own bath & even a balcony, which was great for relaxing after touring around Copenhagen all day. It is more of a hostel then a hotel but the staff were so friendly and helpful the room was big with 5 beds and its location was central. If I was coming to CPH with my family, given the price of hotels in the city, this would be a real option. The location is ideal, close to the central station and just outside the city centre. One key only per room even if we were using the 5 beds room.....No utensils in the room though we had a hob!. A bigger mirror in the room would have been nice!. Wifi is not working in some rooms, you should ask before booking, which rooms have reception.And in the rooms where it suppose to work, it disconnects time to time. It was noisy early in the morning. nothing. street noise. Rooms were a little to basic. Shared bathroom was really basic and small, and the last day there was no hot water. Staff was a bit rude in their tone. Cleaning was OK, but more like a hostel and not a hotel. The staff. There was very noise visitors above us. So it was really hard to sleep then. Old hotel, very small shared bathroom. Very basic, but ok standards. Room was quite hot with a noisy street outside. No TV present, noisy room from other rooms as well as the outside, and the curtens were not keeping the light out. No breakfast Early check out. Quad room quite worn out, needs new flooring and a good coat of paint. Having to make up the bed myself. No breakfast, no tv. No lobby and no business centre for meeting. No parking private of the hotel. You have to pay for it and it is very expensive near to the hotel. that is was 24 hours before the day of check in, rather than the check in time. It really was an awful hotel, staff were nice. You need to spend money in copenhagen, this was the cheapest, still pricey, but i wish i spent more. I did not like most of the thing in the hotel will not stay again. - no breakfast, only a kitchen (for a one day stay is not the best choice); - no table, no chairs in the room; - added cost applied if paying with credit card, but not appearing in the hotel info.
