The location was perfect. Close to everything I wanted to see and also mostly quiet and secluded at the same time. Though our neighbors were a bit noisy! The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The staff were very friendly. Fantastic location, very quite, contemporary furnishings. A perfect place to stay in the center of Prague! You are very close to the Staromestka square as well as the big shopping center with trams to the Castle.

I did not use the machine because I did not want to go out and buy a whole box of soap for one wash. Of course I did not ask the staff, mabe they had some lurking around. No shower gel or shampoo... The receptionist was very nice, and he found a half full bottle of shampoo, but shower gel had to wait till Tesco opened the next morning. Wifi connection was not strong and kept dropping. No daily cleaning. confusing getting there-- a map showing " footsteps" to apartment -- very detailed -- on line would be helpfull as back alleys and streets too confusing in Prague.When I say detailed,make it very detailed. no tea/coffee/milk provided. The shower nozzle can be improved. Though the water pressure is good, the amount of water coming out from the nozzle is not enough. - reception desk is a bit a mess - for people smoking it could be handy that the atrium in open air allowed this. wifi weak service. Only can I said a bad thing the check-in at 2 p.m. Is really late. Single apartment was compact. Was no bottom sheet on bed and was not fixed even though we pointed it out. There is no name as it is an privately own apartment within a building. Quite hard to find.
