I stayed in Happy Prague apartments for two nights with my friend . We were stayed in Apartment 2, which is just near the entrance door, but everything was superb in the apartment so we felt just like home. It has fully equipped kitchen, which helped me and my friend a lot. Cooking our breakfasts and having some tea --wonderful~. Our apartment is at the front of the building but the double glazed windows kept noises out. The room is spacious with sitting area and long corridor leads to the bat.

The staff was very helpful and it was no problem to arrive late at night. 3. it was no problem to leave the car in the private parking space even after check-out (for some sightseeing). 4. the appartment is REALLY good located. 5. nice restaurants, coffee houses (for breakfast) and bars nearby. 6. it was very clean and the towels were very big. 7. the whole appartment was ve. This place was AMAZING. The apartment was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and really nicely designed (very modern). The location was great (not too far from the metro), walking distance to the main square and Charles Bridge. The complex itself was very secure (a gate + 3 keys to go through!). But, the best part was the staff!! Very kind, helpful, accommodating, and flexible. He arranged for an affordable airport taxi for us and allowed us to stay in the suite for a late check out at no extra cost. I. The apartment has an excelent location, just 5 min of Charles Bridge by walk. At our arrival we discovered it was exactly as the pictures we saw in internet! Not only is beautifuly decorated also it had all the facilities to make our stay comfortable. The owners, Ciro and Antonio, are extremly kind and helped us in every possible way. The flat we were given was furnished almost entirely from Ikea, but it was done nicely. Everything was clean and tidy and we felt really comfy there. The location is perfect, just 1 minute from the main square. Also the service was astonishing as the host Antonio was very polite and helpful. Will absolutely stay there again. The apartment had spacious size bedrooms, kitchen area was great, nice amenites. the apartment was in beautiful condition. It was so sweet when the owner Antonio offered to prepare us with some cake, roses and a bottle of bubbles. The apartment is in a great location. A shuttle is also avaible at Kro 500 from airport to the apartment. The apartment is very clean and staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. We liked its brand-new-like aspect and style, perfectly integrated in a stuning XIVth century building. There was planty of space in each and every room and we felt rather confortable. It was worm at every moment (we stayed at the end of november) and the kitchen was very complete. The staff was very nice and accessible. This is a great apartment in the center of Prague. There is lots of space for everyone, the kitchen was very handy. The parking option was worth it for us; the car was parked inside of their gated area. There is a large grocery store approximately 300 meters away (same place to pick up trams). Perfect location for all the tourist sights. Our apartment was on top floor, so if you can't do the stairs ask for a lower level apartment. Happy Prague was perfectly located for touring all the major sites in Prague. The staff is Italian and Ciro was outstanding directing us to excellent restaurants and helping us navigate around town and use public transportation. He was always a pleasure to be around!. The hotel was very lovely Maisonette type. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff! Nice hot water to take a bath. We didn't use the kitchen but there was everything you need to cook. For this price there is nothing to complain. :). The hotel room was very large and well located. It has an excellent kitchen area and is very secure. The beds were comfy and it was quiet. We got a free up-grade, and the apartment was really nice and in a very good location. Ciro and antonio are really helpfull and friendly. Location. 1. as the appartment is situated in the city centre, it is sometimes a bit loud in the night (when people pass by your window). Only there for one night, wish we could have stayed longer :(. only drawback was the wifi ... it was almost non existent, only reachable in one area and with very weak signal. You should attend to that!. none. Very minor point - apartment has no lift luckily we don't have heavy luggage; - it will be great if a tv Chanel list is also provided. It's not easy to screen over hudreds of channels to find a few with signal and watchable; - the shower head holder is a bit loose. As there is no lift, the apartment we booked, which was in the penthouse, is not suitable for elders or people with disabilities. Although this is not a critic in itself. This is a very difficult place to find--or at least it was for us using our GPS. It's in the oldtown part of Prague and the one-way streets made it impossible to get to. We finally went the wrong way down a one-way road to reach the hotel. Nothing!. The shower was functional, but pretty ordinary. Also, checking in after hours forces you to use their shuttle service which cost 20 euro. If you are going to check in during the day, i suggest the bus, which takes you into Prague central for 1.60 euro. Wifi doesn´t wor properly. When payment by credit card , a 3% fee is added due to the exchange. I think this point should be notified to the guest-client in order to give the chance to pay by cash, for instance. Just a little thought- would be great to have instructions for washing machine on the wall in English. A bit faraway from supermarket. If you drive there, GPS will not help you so much as it always guide you to somewhere else. Nothing. wi-fi did not work. Nothing. Could be noisy at night. Bit noisy if other guests stand outside your bedroom window and shout when there coming home. Nothing. Nothing.
