Staff were very friendly and helpful and even packed a simple breakfast for us as we had to check-out very early. Located quite centrally although it can get quite confusing with the connecting roads, but just look out for the "hanging man" (an art piece of a man hanging by his arm above the street just round the corner). There was a very nice Vietnamese restaurant nearby. what a great stay. the staff was very friendly and courtious. as i didnt speak the language, they were very accomidating and helpful. great location, great hotel with a lot of history....loved it.

If u book this hotel u won't be disappointed. Extremely good central location with easy access to the main touristic areas, Quiet and comfortable, spacious accommodation. We had rooms looking out onto the main square. Interesting old premises - know you have woken up in Prague. Unique, unusual. Location is superb for walking the city or going anywhere for work etc. I like the possition in the centre of the city, architecture of the hotel, friendliness of the staff, nice clean rooms and large screen TV. Everything was perfect! Close to the center, nice personnel, comfortable room, very interesting interior. Great location, so near to the Old Town. Nice ambience Friendly staff. Location was superb. Room was nicely furnished with a simple taste. The authenticity of the hotel and the location in Prague. good location in "old town" pleasant staff in reception. The location is very good. Everything was fine!. all is perfect!. Decoration Location. The hotel is on a great location and has good free wi-fi coverage. The bedrooms were too warm for us. But we were able to open windows (they're double) and reduce the heat. Whilst the breakfasts were fine and adequate, served in the cellars they were spoilt on some mornings by a radio broadcasting local radio far too loudly!. No coffee facilities during day in either room or in small lounge. Couldn't control heating in room. Noises could be heard easily from the outside and from the corridor. Bed was okay but a little uneven. Rooms overlooking Betlam Square can be a bit noisy. Bed Pillow Lack of power outlet near bed Poor wifi signal in the room If asking the staff to get a cab, a trip to the train station is overpriced. It's extremely noisy on any night of the week, because people hang out down your open windows (no air conditioning), breakfast is really bad (go to the CP1 round the corner instead), staff can't help you in any way of you happen to go by car (you can't park in the area, but they just don't know), rooms are not particularly comfortable for the price (broken shower, pretty basic furniture).
