• Loved the 12:00pm checkout and the possibility to extend to 1:30pm (pending no arrivals in your room on your day of checkout) for free. • Loved the location!! It was a 5min walk to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. • We stayed in the Apartment (Junior Suite) New York. It had air conditioning, two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with shower/tub combination), living room, bedroom and kitchen. • When breakfast is included in your stay, you eat it at the little cafe that is right next .
all reviews » It's difficult to say anything negative about this splendid hotel. Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage, courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars & excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again. Amazing apartment in such a great location only 2 minutes walk to the square or the river. The staff were very helpful and made reservations for us at local restaurants. Facilities inside the apartment were very good, most of which we didn't use but was great to have the option. I would definitely recommended stay here to friends. Our roo was beautiful! We were upgraded, apparently, to a suite. It was 2 1/2 levels, in a 16 th century building with open beams, amazing beams, really. Beautifully decorated, luxurious. The staff were of great. A café in the adjoining building, in stare mesto, the old city. We would love to return there!. Staff was friendly, attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. The beds were up a steep flight of steps which is more like ladder. Very bad if you want to climb down to go to the toilet at night. Poor breakfast. Lots of stairs to climb even with use of the lift. Internet access in room spotty at best. Nothing.
