The man in the reception was really nice. The facilities are clean and quiet. It is in the city center , but is isolated of the noise. The breakfast was also good .In general , really nice. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the Old Town Square. Staff is friendly and efficient and the room very spacious and romantic. Everything was very good. Exellent location + very careful staff + comfortable room.

I would ask for a room facing the court yard next time. the staff was rude. .My apartment located over the pedestrian street, it was noisy. not applicable. very basic accommodation kitchen facility but only kettle,teapot and two small cups. Very dark rooms. The male staff was inconsistent with regard to being pleasant, quality of service, willingness to answer questions, etc. The staff at the Savic Hotel around the corner were very gracious in assisting us. We had breakfast there while we were waiting for our building to open. The Savic reflected the grace and kindness we found throughout Prague. - the breakfast was bad because the bread was hard (not fresh), the orange juice wasn´t natural and as the things weren´t close you could find many mosquitoes flying above them. We could take breakfast just the first morning.We didn´t like it. - We didn't like that the owner of the residential came in the apartment to repair some broken curtains without knocking the door. He just opened the door. That was to invade the privacy that we were paying for. The staff were quite rude and made us feel like intruding visitors. The cleaner threw out some personal stuff (shampoo, shower gel, water bottles etc) It was very hard to find with no signage out the front at all. Staff not very helpful - brusque and uncommunicative. The bread for breakfast-. The room was tatty with a broken glass table top, curtains that did not fit, a double bed against a wall and generally grotty. Tired room. It was not in good condition.
