The staff made us feel more than welcome and were really helpful when we asked about surrounding attractions, places to eat etc. Beautiful room and facilities. Attractions close by but hotel a peaceful retreat. this is a fantastic hotel - first class quality and service, charm, and close to everything in Prague. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit this beautiful city!.

I'm glad we stayed close to Stare Mesto square instead of staying near the castle or in Mala Strana as we had intended. The hotel is at at a 2 min walk from almost anything and the suites are huge. No room service.Hotel cannot deal with large number of clients. Breakfast was poor and under staffed. Room was old with old and dirty furniture. Definetly not a 5 star hotel. horrible thin mastress bed, the pictures on the web sites do not reflect the reality of what you get, the rooms are not that nice, at least I did not get what I was hoping for and the staff was unhelpful to do something about it.
