Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. The room was large, elegant, comfortable and quiet, with good wifi signal and a good selection of TV channels. Breakfast was served in the atrium and was delicious. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful ex.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience. The Promenada had a great location in Karlovy Vary, right on the main pedestrian drag. The restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was vast. My wife used the spa facilities and was very pleased with the 2hr massage for about $100. Friendly staff with local knowledge. Great selection of dishes for breakfast. Central position in town for sightseeing. Restaurant excellent for fine dining. Large comfortable bedroom with kingsize bed. Wellness area very tasteful. It is noisy in the morning if yr window's view to the main road and not so nice view if window's view at the yard (but in such case - it's quiet). The spa treatments as only 1 poor lady had to do all the work so joint treatments were impossible. Coffee not wonderful. Pool could have been warmer. I really liked everything. Slow internet. Pool is open only between 9 am and 8 pm. no whirlpool no recycling. For a hotel of this level is it not done to charge extra for Cafe latte during breakfast. The staff member during check out was a bit arrogant, actig as if I was a child, no airconditioning.
