  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required.   The hotel went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable. We traveled with our 16 month old daughter and my husbands parents and we all enjoyed our stay. Our first night, it was raining and our hotel arranged for us to order dinner from an excellent restaurant and eat it in the hotel dining room with wait service.   Very good located, 5 min from the city center, quiet, kitchenette, very nice hostess, perfect organisation (i emailed with the hostess, we got good informations and a taxi for the transfer airport-apartment at a good price.   I was coming from Dubrovnik and we were 1,5 hours late because of the Bosnia-Croatia border crossing. Nevertheless, our host Lovre was still waiting for us and actually was in communication with our previous host trying to find out if we were save. I think it has a very good location, the old town is within a nice 10min - We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.

  Ivo and Ive are amazing. They were gracious hosts opening their home to travelers world-wide. I stayed there on tow separate occasions and both times my expectations were greatly met. I will have to comment on their willingness to give travel and cultural information about the surrounding areas. Michael - The room had air-conditoning which was perfect after hot days. There was a tv with many channels in English. It was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and free wifi. The owner was helpful and friendly and the bathrooms were clean and great showers.

  The rooms were stylish and modern, very big and it all looked really new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too - adequate selection. The hotel has a large car park which we needed for our hire car. We took a taxi into old town only cost between 40 and 50Kuna about Eur 6 -7.
