One of the best places I have ever stayed! I loved that the place we stayed was within the the neighborhood, I felt like I lived there. The place was secure, clean, had all the amenities needed including a washing machine!! I loved that it was so close to the city center and had so many great places to eat around it. Marina, the receptionist, was super helpful, friendly, and has amazing recommendation for places to eat. We will definitely be back!.
all reviews » We loved everything about Divota Apartments. Our apartment was very chic, comfortable and with excellent facilities, including the sunny balcony where we regularly dined. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Most of all, the staff are outstanding. It is a 5 minute walk to the old town which is far enough away to be away from all the noise, but close enough to have a small walk whenever we felt like it. Amazing gem of a place, nestled in so close to everything you need. The apartments are stylish and well appointed yet retain the charm you want from a great town like this! A tip tho, ring first dont just drive straight there as your gps may try get you stuck :). I didn't like leaving here!. Nothing. Needed to drag luggage to the hotel rooms as no cars could reach the hotel rooms. I stayed in a double room as a single person & found just enough room, on small side but I think that seems to be everywhere in split & Dubrovnik. The courtyard of 301 is not private - but shared access to other apartments. It does not say its private in the description, but is does not state shared either. The apartment on the first floor has more privacy, with a terrace, although smaller has table & 2 chairs plus sun lounger. Remember to give arrival details & take their contact number. We didn't & the place & reception was locked up, we prepared to check in elsewhere but luckily they rang us. Nothing!. Nothing, it was perfect for us. It would be nice with a water kettle for making tea, cleaning every second day is not needed over a long stay (but nice to have) and the bin in the kitchen is tiny, so always full after half a day. On the expensive side, it would have been nice to have a terrace (some apartments have but are more expensive). Finding it and parking is a real challenge. They expect to have a sign soon. Although we had a terrace, nice and big - the view is limited. Not cheap (but nowhere is in Split in July!). There wasnt anything i didnt like. Very difficult to find. Nothing!. I didn't think it was good value for money for what we got. This wasn't an apartment but a room with a kitchenette and en suite bathroom. The plumbing problems! Blocked sink, over flowing toilet and noisy pipe work. Yuck!.
