Ivo and Ive are amazing. They were gracious hosts opening their home to travelers world-wide. I stayed there on tow separate occasions and both times my expectations were greatly met. I will have to comment on their willingness to give travel and cultural information about the surrounding areas. Ive is a tremendous cook while his father Ivo will share his stories. I had an amazing time there and look forward to returning there soon. Michael.
all reviews » The room had air-conditoning which was perfect after hot days. There was a tv with many channels in English. It was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and free wifi. The owner was helpful and friendly and the bathrooms were clean and great showers. Really friendly and helpful host and a nice clean room with air conditioning, wifi, fridge, extra blankets, T.V. etc. in an excellent location less than 5 minutes from the historic area of Split. Couldn´t ask for more for budget travel!. Great location, very friendly and helpful owner/operator, room is very well equipped (fridge, A/C, TV), overall great value. Allowed us to keep our bags in the room for a few extra hours after check-out. It's has a great location, three minutes by walk to the Diocletian's palace and the host is nice and friendly. I would recommend private accommodation Raspudic to young people. Upgraded us to an apartment as there was availability and no extra cost. Great location - close to main sights. Bit further to the beach but 20 mins walking max. Both Ive and his father were wonderful hosts. Central position and still quiet. Helpful owner. Conveniently situated a few minutes away from the Diocletian Palace. Everything was great. Very bassy music was playing at 6:45am and reverberating through the walls one morning, making it hard to sleep in, but other than that, this accomodation was more than perfect for the price range. Everything was great. The smell of the air freshener in the hall was too much. A bit noisy if on the road side. I don't find the host neither at the arrival nor the departure. I should wait without information about my hotel and my host. We have had no indications about the city and no map. The host was stress. - the toilets are a bit smelly. Check-in was a little confusing and we were initially worried when we were told our room was "a few minutes away" but turned out to be fine in the end. basic room. Too strong air-freshener smell in the hall!. Lack of basic cleanliness, bed linen had not been changed, we found body hair in the sheets. The bed was broken. 2 bathrooms have been put to our service, one was not working, the other one was full of personal belongings. This place doesn't answer to basic accomodation standards.
