  Our stay at Concordia apartments was excellent! It is very clean, modern, with all the equipment you might need. The owner is very kind and helpful! Our towels were changed every 2 days (which is unusual for apartments) and it was completely cleaned in the middle of our 10 days stay! The shops and the bus station is very near, and the beach is lov... what people say » ely. A great location if you want to stay out of the old town which gets very crowded! But still, it is only a ten minute bus drive to it if you want - Kate and her Mama were excellent hosts with great tips on where to eat. It is the first apartment that we have stayed in that has complete instructions and directions. The apartment is spacious for a couple with a pharmacy immediately below. Close to bus stops (100 yards) and a 10 minute trip to the old city. Taxi rank just past the bus stops. Supermarket approx 300 yards away.   We stayed at the apartment for a week in October. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The apartment was very modern, clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is 10 mins from the beach and bars and restaurants and 5 mins from the bus stop that will take you on the 10 min journey to the old town.   While we had to phone (the number is on the door) to let the owner know we had arrived he came promptly and let us in. No 24 hour staff but lots of useful information (including a Croatia Lonely Planet for use by guests). As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free.   We stayed in the 1 bedroom at Nikole Bozidarevica Street 6. The apartment was spacious and neat. There was juice and some welcome candy in the room. The furnishings are nice but dated. The location is perfect. Easy to get to, no city stairs and just one flight of stairs in the courtyard. The owner is on site and is a fantastically nice lady - This is a lovely apartment with a great terrace. We have stayed here three times and have always had a great experience. Nada always makes us feel very welcome and ensures that our stay is very comfortable. We are certainly returning.

We had the top room which had a great view over the old town, and, although in the heart of the town, was really quiet at night. The owner communicated with us via email in advance of our arrival, and picked us up from the airport at short n... what people say » otice, this was helpful as he dropped us at the north gate therefore avoiding the stairs! - It is located right in old town, in close proximity to a lot of attractions. The city wall is 5 mins away and so were the cable cars. The rooms were newly furnished so it felt clean and modern. Both staff were very friendly and were very willing to accomodate to our needs. Excellent hotel and great value for its price!

  Tomi and Irena were excellent hosts and made us feel most welcome. The apartment suited our needs perfectly and was very clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of town but everywhere was in walking distance, or in distance of a bus stop. Taxis were quite cheap to get us back home.
