We stayed in the 1 bedroom at Nikole Bozidarevica Street 6. The
apartment was spacious and neat. There was juice and some welcome candy
in the room. The furnishings are nice but dated. The location is
perfect. Easy to get to, no city stairs and just one flight of stairs in
the courtyard. With a number of large windows it is easy to get a nice
breeze through the house. The price was fantastic as well and is a great
value for all that you get. The owner is on site and is a fantastically
nice lady. all reviews »
This is a lovely apartment with a great terrace. We have stayed here three times and have always had a great experience. Nada always makes us feel very welcome and ensures that our stay is very comfortable. We are certainly returning.

Owner is amazing- she lives above and went out of her way to be helpful (even bought us juice and chocolate in advance for free!). Can't beat this location, and the rooms were very clean- will recommend to friends!.
The central location is highly convenient and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and a great base for exploring Dubrovnik.

A fabulous big apartment right in the centre of Dubrovnik.
Location was perfect.
The central location. However be mindful that the apartment is located
next door to and above two "Irish Pubs" which are very noisy
until late at night.
It was in a very central location which was great, only 1 flight of stairs up to the unit which was clean and spacious.
We could amend the reservation one day before.
There is a bit of sewer smell that I am assuming is coming from the
floor drain and I am assuming the other reviews mentioning it are
referencing this site vs some of the others. While the courtyard and
patio are decent sized if you do not like cats this space will not be
very useful.
The cost was more than I expected. On the website you are given the cost in pounds and then pay the owner in kuna. City tax is not included, but doesn't say what that is. You end up not knowing what the final cost will be and you feel you are being overcharged.
Maybe not suitable for alergic to cat or cat-fobbics... because there are cats round de apartment altought they never enter de apartment.
Would have like a toaster or toaster oven as well.

Cats, i'm afraid of cats & there were loads of them ! Don't stay here unless you like cats. No negative.

It is above a pub that has live music every night at 8 pm that go on
until at least 11. Also there is a water damage issue on the wall of the
bedroom that got progressively worse as we stayed there. It never
affected us directly, really (just some paint chips falling to the
floor), but I imagine not every guest would like to deal with this. The
owners need to sort this out.
smell of 8 cats outside of apartment and construction work on both sides of apartment.
The Miha Pracata apartment we booked did not have the washing machine
advertised. As we filter our selections on required facilities this was
extremely disappointing.
Shame it was above 2 very lively bars that played live music until 2am in the morning.
Also it had a water leak problem so bits of paint were chipping off the walls and ceiling on the bed I fortunately wasn't using.
No chance to leave luggage on check out day.
