  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise.   The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest.   This resort upon arrival treated my wife & I with the utmost courtesy. I requested a room by the marina, but they are closed for renovations. So the clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom suite that was absolutely amazing. This was @ no extra cost to us & I was amazed @ what was available within that suite. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for value for there money. - I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

  Everything is just excellent and above the expectations. One small thing that migh be noticed. I stayed at room 402 room which is actually above the bar. Albeit it was the 4 th floor, the music from the bar is heard in the bedroom. The music is nice, but I suppose it shouldn't be heard in the room. It a little be croud there and the parking lot is really full- the problem to fi - Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

Was in town with teenage daughter to attend the Warped Tour early the ne - The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

  Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. This time I returned with my boyfriend and we were upgraded to one of the new rooms with a direct view of the CN tower and Ripleys Aquarium which was beautiful. We received great guidance from a man at the concierge desk for good restaurants nearby and ended up really enjoying our experi - The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club. I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

  My sister and I have stayed at Hilton Suites many times and have never been disappointed. On a recent stay we had a concern with the room we had booked and Bobby Ali the Manager on Duty quickly resolved our issue and we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel.
