The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. all reviews » We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable . I was instantly upgraded to a suite with a balcony with a fantastic view. Everyone was very warm, friendly and attentive from the front desk to the people downstairs in Starbucks. I've stayed at several Crown Plazas in the NY area and I have never had a bad experience. I will go back. Lack of robes for the room. The room was far too small. Bathroom was ridiculously small. Beds were like rocks. Walls like paper. Room was small and dated and defenetly not worth the $200 pet night. Toilet made this crazy noise when next door flushed their own one. The Rooms are very small, and the beds are very uncomfortable. Room 803 was terrible. l did not like atitude abot hygiena on water park. People do not take a shower before they using sweming pool,also there have no small water spot for desinfactions feets before you enter in pool area, also so many people come with shoose in pool, we sow men with construction bots... That was disguasting, l never see in my life something like that.In same time babyes were walking around on that bacterya zoo flor. Rooms are small. Washroom and carpet needs upgrade.
