Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people. There was n incident with some people in the courtyard at 230am which the staff quickly delt with. Direct access to the Water Park. The inside courtyard was a fun place for kids. The room was clean and better than expected for a 3-star hotel. Check-in and Check-out were quick. We were allowed park the car at the parking lot on the second day.

It was right next to the casino, where my mother played while I had business at the complex next to it. You could walk everywhere and find shopping, restaurants and attractions. We liked the large room and close proximity to Niagra Falls attractions. We did not take advantage of the water park because of our short duration trip, but, Skyline bundles a very reasonable waterpark/hotel package. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. My husband forgot his razor, staff not only provided the razor but the shaving cream as well. The room was very confortable. We enjoyed the waterpark, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the ability to use the parking facilities the day of our stay and the next day. Convenience of everything. Rooms were beautiful...Close to attractions.....direct access to waterpark...Friendly staff...My whole family love it.... We liked that our room was located in the courtyard where the movie was playing. Very close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions. the service of the staff.and very hope to are friends that need a scooter to get around. their help then the light when out. There is only one elevator which for a hotel geared towards families it made it a wait to get up and down from the room with our strollers. People talked loudly outside our room at midnight. The conditioning was noisy at night. I could hardly sleep. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. We stayed only for 2nights, better next stay it should be longer . My sons missed skyline they are questioning us when to go back and stay again. So minor, need I mention? They use soap that comes out of boxes attached to the wall. Since I like a bath, I could have used a bar of soap. The room was a little musty but we were there for the attractions and did not spend time outside of sleeping in the room. We'd also like to see and be charged the full total costs up front instead of having two international charges with no changes to our planned itinerary. I wish parking is included in the price. perkon's is a very expernice restarant. not a good value for the money. No elevator from parking to floors No restaurant Rather old. There was nothing that I didn't like while staying at the skyline. long walk to courtyard 4. the toilet slow in flushing and long water ran afterwards (4mins+. Breakfast coupon would have been handy for a family of four. Paying for parking. They say one price and when ya gett there its a bit more. The main complaint that I have is that the rooms were cold. We had to turn the heat way up the be comfortable. Rooms keys should be replaced by electronic wristbands as it was impossible to keep a key on you in the waterpark. Great Wolfe Lodge has them. They need a bigger lobby to check in..and the staff at the front of the entrance was not very helpful didn't help you with your luggage all they did was hold the door open for you..not happy with that.. Nothing!. Parking. We had a roll away cot and neither my grandson nor I could sleep in it for the springs coming thru the mattress, so all three of us ended up sleeping in the one bed. I did recieve a better cot for the 2nd night which was better but I was charged for 2 nights which I think was unfair. Bathroom was the smallest of any hotel we ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Walls are way to thin so it was very noisy when we were trying to sleep - enen late at night and very early in the morning!. Not enough pillows on beds. Kids upstairs ran across the floor until after midnight. no microwave in family suites. Value for the buck. We were there 3 nights and each day 2 out of 3 keys did not work. Each morning we took them back and were given new ones, same thing the next day. Also, very upset that I was not only charged 15% tax but also a "promotional fee." I was told that was to help offset the cost of their fireworks, etc. I did not pay that and they were kind enough to take it off. I would not recommend this hotel. I would tell anyone who asked, to stay on the American side where prices an taxes are reasonable. Stained grout in the washroom. Our fridge was set too high and the pop exploded inside, We wanted to turn the temperature down but there was not a control button. no microwave in the room. Children were running up and down halls, stairs and through courtyards at 7:30 am. Thermostat not working, very warm in room. Parking for check in is awful. Guests in room above allowed kids to jump off the bed til 10pm sounded terrible. Kids noise. Can't think of anything. Small bathroom. No microwave facility. noisy. lots of kids that do not behaved correctly. did not get clean towels. the sign for services was not clear. The elevator didn't work just right. The internet conection was very poor.not able to connect when we were in room.
