The staff were delightful and very helpful in assisting with any of our needs.While some of the staff were relatively new they still went out of their way to answer any of our questions and to assist us with finding different locations in the area.Our food was delicious and we enjoyed oursel... what people say » ves immensly.   The Chimo Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were in Ottawa to attend our grand daughter's hockey tournament. The staff seemed to put us on a floor that didn't have hockey groups on the same floor. Therefore it was quiet at night for sleeping. Thank You Chimo - Upon check in, we were served by a fella who was covering a break. He had several lines ringing, and 3 check ins in front of him. He did a wonderful job in spite of these obstacles. He was very apologetic! Obviously experienced at multi tasking and serving the public. Well done!
