I hotel was very nice, friendly, and clean. Very convenient for all the attractions in the area. I plan on staying there again and again. A relatively new hotel that was well appointed, A very nice bright lobby and very friendly staff.so near to the falls it was wonderful and comfortable we thourally recomend this hotel to anyone. Cleanliness and being walking distance to the falls.

I understand the value of space in Niagara Falls but am not impressed with having to pay $9.00 for parking. It's not the money, it's the princicple. I've never paid for parking at a hotel before unless it was a park and fly rate.The breakfast room was too small, and we had to wait in a long line for our meal. Nothing adverse about it at all. TV channels did not match listing in brocure. They should make the toilet seats higher for older people whose knees do not bend like they used to. This not a complaint against this hotel specifically, all hotels in general. Some rooms in each hotel should be more seniors user friendly.the breakfast room is a little small, and I heard people were not at all pleased with the wait.. we were lucky, and didn't have to wait.. but being able to take a coffe and muffin up to our room would be nice. its far from the falls, we have to drive to the area where there is lots of fastfood store area.no resturant or bar. Price of parking should be included in rates. Or don't charge for parking.Our room faced a restaurant that had an extremely loud band playing late in to the night. The room was on the first floor and I wouldn't recommend that to anyone with kids. Nothing other than the pay for parking, it should of been included with the room.Water pressure during shower sometimes went down to zero. Continental breakfast until 9:00AM is not very convenient. I went to the breakfast room, which was not very clearly signed, arrived there at 8:59AM and I was turned away. Even afer asking for just a cup of coffee. Yes! The hottub was filthy and very cold. It had no maps with the surrounding area or booklets to presnet the Niagara Falls attractions on Clifton Hill. the dinning room was too small, and caused sharing of your tabe was not good, people usually no not talk much in the morning and even if they do may not speak the same language. even though the hotel was recently renovated, it still really had a 'motel' feeling to it, the room smelled of a strong musty odour, very unpleasant, the free breakfast was so cheap, and the room so small, had to wait until people finished eating at their tables before you can go in, which causes a big line up, 2nd morning, wasn't worth to go back.
