the rooms were nicely sized and the hotel was close to everything. the staff was extremely nice we even stayed an extra night and they were able to accomodate us. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, we would go back again!!. The price was right for the area very clean staff was helpful agreat stay. The room was very clean....that is what is most important to me. Excellent service, very clean room, flat tv, refrigerator. Friendliness; very helpful with directions. very clean and comfortable. The manager was awesome!. Everything,. The Area!. price. the cleanliness and the technology. I loved the flat screen on the wall. The staff provided a map of attractions and gave us advice on the most efficent way to plan our night. They were very nice. the jacuzzi was amazing and the room was very clean. wireless internet access to our room was excellent even if we stayed on 5th floor.staff were friendly and very helpful.Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wireless internet was also a big plus. the staffs are very nice, the price is very good, quiet. walking distance to the falls and attractions. everything. The staff was great! Shawn was especially courteous and helpful! He truly made our stay very enjoyable and did his best to make us feel at home. The fact that the hotel is within walking distance of most attractions, sparing us costly parking fees at lots elsewhere, is also a big plus! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Niagara Falls! Thanks!. The location of the hotel was wonderful. For the price I paid they did exceed my expectations. The jacuzzi appeared to be very clean and was very nice to relax in after a long day of walking.Only 10 mins walk form falls, comfy beds and swimming pool. The staff of the touristic information desk was very kind. Being close enough to Cliffton Hills to walk to. Friendly staff, cleanliness, value for money. It was very clean and very affordable. Were able to shower and take a quick nap. It's quiet, clean and staff helped us as soon as we approached the desk and let us checked in as soon as the room is ready.near the falls, parking, nice hot coffee and the staff were good. Convenient, clean and good value.Close to attractions. cleanliness. The price. The adjoining room door let too much noise from the people next door in.They blasted the tv from 5am to 12 midnight, both nights of our stay.The odd shape of the tub makes it hard to get right under the showerstream without being in the shower curtain.restaurant. My husband would have liked breakfast, but that would raise your rates!. Could have a little more parking. well, if possible, decorate the walls. they were pretty bare. but in a place like that at the end of the day you are dead tired.....still felt a bit like a hospital room.Only complaint was that the room was a little small. We had to block the way to the door with the cot we rented. Other than that it was very nice. they didn't change my blanket. would like to have had a hair dryer in room. light on top of bathroom too high or not stong enough. The hotel needs a larger parking area to ensure that there is ample parking for all the hotel guests. It also would be nice if the hotel would place hair dryers and clothes irons in each guest room. Just a couple of suggestions!. The drainage area around the pool appeared to need cleaning. The amount of chlorine in the pool would definatly kill any germs, I did not get into the pool and my eyes still were burning from standing by the edge. The walls are fairly bare in the hotel room, and a second mirior would be very good, as there is only one in the bathroom.They din't made the beds. The room was near to the elevator and was a little bit noise. pillows. Just didn't like the pillows. Too far from all tourists sport.The hotel was fine but we hated the tacky Clinton Hill area between it and the Niagara Falls. Not enough parking. The rooms are realy smalll and upon arrival the toilet was not cleaned well. Just that the pool was very chlorinated. They do offer coffee, however,wish they provided even muffins.There seemed to be a lack of soundproofing especially in hallways andaround any jacuzzi tubs and or bathtubs. We could hear a neighboursjacuzzi running at 3am. Not too Fun. Remember to bring your own alarmclock if you're going to need one. Small rooms. The pool area around the pool was dirty -- the drains were almost all clogged -- and the water looked cloudy, as in poor maintenance. The alarm was set for 6:00am.A continental breakfast will be good to offer guests. Size of room was to small. the pillows. The front desk was very rude when I called in the morning for a later check out.
