From the minute we stepped inside Dewaterzooi we loved it. We were met with a welcome drink and sat down at the table with the owners who told us what Ghent had to offer. Our room was lovely, looking out over the old castle walls and onto the bustling square below. However, I am told that this hotel isabsolutely superb, the staff are very friendly and the executive suite'sare quite simply 'stunning' .
