The hotel was very clean, great roomsize, great TV, really awesome big kingsize bed. I needed to go to a pharmacy on a sunday and the staff at the reception was very helpful with finding the closest one.
Although the best part was that the subway station was super close as well as shops and bakerys. Transport is easy and the city perfectly accesible within a couple of minutes.
Would always stay there again

New hotel with a great and beautiful design, by Matheo Thum. The room was great, with a very confortable bed, great pillows, a Nespresso machine - that it's always a great idea.
The bathroom was very clean and in a good size. Great robes and flip flops were a good welcome surprise. The staff was very nice and helpfull -

it was beautifully decorated with all the modern facilities, very conveniently located..loved it! - The self-serviced apartments were very modern, cleaned daily, had excellent heating considering the Christmas cold, quality bedding, perfect wi-fi connection. Walking distance to Westbahnhof.

Very nice hotel, well located near to three metro stations (U4, U6). The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We booked only one day in advance but they gave us exactly the type of room we wanted. The room was spacious, very quiet, clean, well equipped and it has the most comfortable pillows I have ever seen. The breakfast is ok. A very pleasant stay. I recommend it.

I like the decision to mix the lobby bar with the reception services, as it brings more atmosphere and is welcoming even if you are coming in early hours. Also you may have a coffee while you are checking out. Being bartenders and receptionist the same time, bring a friendly and different approach than standard hotel reception.
