A rich breakfast buffet is served at the hotel in the morning. There is an open bar next to the reception offering drinks and snacks 24 hours a day. A sauna, exercise equipment, and a relaxation room can be found in the spa centre. The NH Wien City also offers a private parking garage (at a charge). The Spittelberg, a scenic quarter with many restaurants and bars, is very close to the NH Wien City. The Hofburg Imperial Palace and the Museum Quarter are only a short walk away. The Neubaugasse Underground Station (line U3) in the same building complex offers direct access to the public transport network. St. Stephen’s Cathedral in the city centre can be reached within a 5-minute underground ride.

Rooms were huge with a full bathtub, a bar area, couch and chair.Everything was spacious and comfortable and for a great price. Hotelstaff was friendly and helpful. Spoke English. Easy to get to from theairport via train. The conveniance of being in the City Centre, value for the cost and mostly having a mini suite like most NH, my personal favorite in Europe. Room is very clean and a lot of space. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast was also good. Friendly staff at the reception.

Lack of a confortable entrance and Hall. Heating too noisy and not being able to increase indoor temperature whenoutside was -10 Celsius. Only one thing is not good the hotel has TV withouth English speaking news. The room cleanning service was not synchronised with my daily activities even I have explained all detailes to the reception. No good lobby bar !. This is constructive feedback -The triple room is spacious and has adequate facilities, however the lighting in the overall room is very poor. The airconditioning did not function effectively so were provided with fans - summers in Europe are no longer cool hence they need to correct this facility. Though there is ample free space, the management could well do by providing a proper wardrobe. limited bar and reception area, construction works in the area. The pay tv was not operation and was not fixed. It was not the hotel I chose. We were moved out to the airport hotel which is not ideal for sightseeing.Ihad to remind them to make a reservation for restaurant three times. They recomended poor restaurant for dinner. bed size is not queen or king size. Twin beds attahced together, with two seperate sheets and blankets.It was too cold in the room. In the morning when check-out it was only one lady at the desk and it was quite a line to wait to check-out. I didn't like that the lady from the desk didn't understood that we wanted to have the invoice on my husbant's company and she was rude and nervose that she had to change the information on the prior reservation.There is no lobby, or a restaurant in the hotel, just a breakfast room. The only public PC in the lobby was out of order, which made it really diffucult to check emails etc. Some members of staff, nearest construction works wich make impossible to open windows because of noise and dust.Air conditioning did not work in room, made it difficult to get to sleep. Wireless interent reception was poor in room . staff, very poor, and that the room was without isolation, so that it was very noising during the night. Very bad value for money. The rooms are depressing and ugly, one of the worst hotels I have seen for this price. Totally not recommended.

For smaller meetings (max. 10 people) you can retreat to our meeting room “Navarra” and fortify yourself for the day at our extensive breakfast buffet in the adjoining breakfast area.

Important information to guests

If you expect to arrive by car, you can access the hotel and the private parking spaces from Lindengasse 9, 1070 Vienna. Please note that Mariahilferstrasse is not accessible by car. From Monday to Friday, breakfast is served from 06:30-11:00, and on weekends, it is served from 07:00-12:00. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Follow the A1 motorway in the direction of Vienna city centre.
- When you see a river on your left-hand side and Schönbrunn Palace on your
right, please turn left into Schlossallee.
- The next street on your right is Mariahilferstrasse, which you follow until
you reach Stiftgasse.
- Turn left and at the next street (Lindengasse) turn left again.
- You will find the parking lot at Lindengasse number 9.
