The staff member at Quest Savoy was fantastic and couldn't do more for us as we didn't get the room we booked so she upgraded us to another room at their Trinity House. I will definately be staying with Quest again and telling all my friends as well. Extremely happy.
Lovely hotels, with super friendly and helpful staff, who upgraded us to a room with a spa when the room we originally had didn't have one. Everything in the room was comfortable, clean, and luxurious.all reviews »
The hotel was situated conveniently in the city so we could walk to an event and visit gallery and museum and public transport to get places without a car.
I loved the location of the building and was happy I was able to walk to
do shopping, Nice rooms.

Breakfast isn't included, it's an extra $10, and isn't that flash. For the price you pay for the hotel, I would expect it to be included.
Parking and having to pay for it so we didn't get a hire car so missed out on some sightseeing.
I was disappointed as I thought there was a corner spa in the room
instead there was just a bath with jets, felt it was a little bit of
faulse advertising as in the pictures on the internet it had a corner
spa pictured.
A bit noisy at night if you're a light sleeper. Pedestrian light noise (for blind) kept waking us up. Too loud.

Could hear pedestrian crossing noise most of the night. Parking cost was more than casual parking cost. Lift very slow and stairs a bit confusing.
No window.
The room had no external windows and only one facing into the main
stairwell, so people could look right in unless we had the curtains
shut. We also left bags there as were were camping for a few days and
they were lost.
