Renovations are taking place on the elevators until 30 September 2017. There will be working elevators at all times however you may experience minor disturbances. Please note that all apartments are individually owned and interior décor varies in each apartment. The photos are presented as a guide only. Please note that guests are required to present valid photo identification upon check in. Reception hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday and from 09:00 - 12.00 on Saturday. The reception is closed all day on Sundays and public holidays. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to obtain after hours check-in information. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 3.85% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Should guests require the hotel to split payments, there will be an additional 2.5% charge with every extra credit card used. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card must be the same as the one used for the reservation. A security deposit of AUD 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
