We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely, it had ever thing you needed. Loved the separate bedroom, lounge/kitchen/dining area, and it had its own balcony. It was in the greatest location, walking distant to every-where. This is the first time we have ever used an apartment over a hotel and i am so glad we did, next stop in Brisbane we will be staying at the iStay River City. The staff were all nice and most helpful, on asking they let us have a late checkout for no extra cost, can't ask .

Being self contained was excellent and kept dining costs down, especially when staying with children who only need toast or cereal for breakfasts & a simple sandwich for lunches. Would stay again & every time when in Brisbane.Excellent location, very central to the cbd so had many options for shopping, eating, public transport. Great view of city and river from the 26th Floor. 1 bed apartment - very spacious, nice king size bed, good size balcony. Liked the Foxtel availability. Will definitely stay there again if travelling to Brisbane. I loved the location. Once I parked my car that was it, I didn't have to drive anywhere. The apartment was also very comfortable with everything I needed. The reception staff were also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay again. We found the rooms very comfortable and quiet. Great location and good value,very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use this Hotel next time we are in Brisbane. The unit was very comfortable and the position was excellent . We flew in so had no transport but absolutely didn't need . We walked everywhere and had no trouble. excellent location, we parked the car & walked to everything. So close to city, river, bars, resturants convenient stores & casino. Would stay again. I booked the 2 bedroom with study for a night in with my partner and 2 of our closest friends. We were very happy with the room we were assigned to. The staff where very helpful to change our room,as initially our room was facing an office with us and them a direct view of each other. Balcony, especially as we had a view. Spacious accommodation, well- equipped, comfortable. Proximity to central Brisbane, station etc. Very accommodating to my requests. Easy check in and check plus bag storage after checkout. Noisy jack hammering during the night due to construction nearby. When we booked we were charged credit card fees which we weren't expecting as we have booked through letsbookhotel.com before. Disappointed. the $25 a night car parking fee. Don't take your car , you don't need it. We never had a great view from our room but that is just the luck of the draw. The oven and telephone wasnt working. The toilet had a strange smell. Rubbish shute. This created bad odours in the corridor area. Would be useful to tell guests more about disposal of recyclables. We stayed on level 24 the smell of the foyer was really bad actually it was discusting!! The smell was Like the carpet had been wet and not been dried/ cleaned properly... But the room did not smell at all.. nothing. My only complaint was that I had to go and buy matches in order to light the stove top. (Bit of a pain with hungry children!). The squeaky hinges on the bathroom door!!! (BYO WD40). Kitchen needed more equipment, weekend staff were asked for help with broken TV cord but did not turn up to provide assistance as promised. The pillows are absolutely shocking. The view, we were in a room where the constructors could see us trough the window because they we're building outside. The was also a desk in our room falling apart, and when you walked against it your clothes would turn orange. And you have to pay for extra towels. The hall near the elevator smelt of garbage, the garbage room was very smelly and this affected the hall way. This area needs to be disinfected daily. The pool was out of action during our stay, but the location was so excellent there was plenty of other activities to keep us occupied. They we're understaffed. The rooms aren't services unless you pay extra and there was a real lack of information about the facilities and few inclusions. I couldn't even find a pen and had to ask cleaners where the pool was. Also the TV channels are very limited. lifts were difficult to get floor highlighted due to security disc. no extra pillows. Room didn't come with face washers, sugar, beds are really hard and the pillows really soft. lifts were slow at peak times. Charge for shampoo and other small amenity items seems a little tacky for a big establishment like this. The buttons on the elevator were hard to press to make them go n paying a bond n paying for car park after paying for a room. it could be cleaned better and there are missing a lot of plates and cups at the kitchen. Nothing !. The bathroom because the toilet was located in the middle of the room which made it very uncomfortable for us when using the shower or the toilet. The high price to park your car overnight! 25.00 (crazy) Super LOW shower heads, had to bend head to wash hair and am only 5ft 4ins tall No response to maintenance call. Bathroom door wouldn't shut and we rang reception as soon as we arrived... stayed 3 days!! Horrible No flannels, shower cap or tissues. Nothing - it was great. Hi, All good. the expensive parking. no view no kitchen scourer or soap expensive internet. There were no sheets available for the bed? 1 teaspoon?. The pool was closed for maintenance, if we were aware of this we would have chose to stay somewhere else, I have a young son, and the weather was quite warm when we stayed the pool was a must, it was disappointing to find out when it was too late. Fridge and radio not working but attended to very promptly on reqyest. The carpets were dirty. My son had black feet from crawling around on the carpet. Lifts were confusing to use. No air con in bed room Shower head height too low. Noise.
