Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The food and breakfast set up worked really well and the hotel has a lovely relaxed feel. As we needed to shower after running and we had checked out, we were offered the use of the leisure facil.

Near Alexanderplatz, but far from city center. Room was clean, wifi free but with card. Breakfast was excellent and good varieties. Friendly staff and cooperative. There is a direct bus from Tegel airport till Alexanderplatz which is very near from hotel and a lot of restaurant near by. The rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were only to keen to help with any queries that we had. We didn't have our breakfast included but sometimes it is nice to go out to a nice cafe for breakfas instead when you are only in one place for a couple of nights. The location was good, very good breakfast, we booked business rooms which appear to be the same as comfort rooms except you should get tea and coffee facility - no problem with room but had to ask for the tea/coffee...rooms were quiet and comfortable. Really close to Alexander Platz (1,5min walking), so you can reach metro/tram easily. Tv tower and many other points of interest are extremelly close to the hotel (inclusing sightseeing buses). Nice staff at the bar. Really small gym at the top floor. Hotel was everything a traveller would want in relation to facilities , staff friendliest & cleanliness . I would strongly recommend this hotel to visitors for a city trip. It's so central to everything that a traveller needs to do & see . Fantastic hotel, perfect location for a city break. Exceptional level of service and able to help with any needs. Hotel bar really lovely for drink at the end of the day with fantastic choice of snacks and beverages. Hope to be back next year!. The hotel was very good value for such a central location. Breakfast was included and excellent. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. Good to have free wi fi and facility to checking on line and print boarding card. Location is excellent in the lively area of Alexanderplatz.The breakfast spread is lavish with good options.Good for a tourist as the hop on hop of buses stop nearby.Quite a few tourist sites are walkable.Shopping malls are also walkable. clean ,comfortable rooms,very friendly courteous staff we arrived after a early flight and they got our room made up promto . well located for public transport and links to attractions would recommened this hotel to others. Excellent facilities and well located for the Alexander Platz s Bahn Station. Good 'pub' a few doors away for food and drink. Based on what I paid, this was the best value hotel on my 17 day round Europe Inter Rail trip. Room was very clean with a modern design. Hotel is in a prime location in Alexanderplatz right by the metro staion and bus stops. Easily accessible to either of the airports. Excellent value compared to other cities. Everything was really clean and the staff were lovely. They were helpful and polite. The hotel is in a perfect location. One tip: You have to ask for the telekom card to gain access for the free wi-fi. Very good quality for fair price. Good location for city trip. Extremely big room and bed. There was an over booking situation on arrival and this was expertly handled by the staff on duty. All staff were extremely courteous and helpful even though we did not speak any German. A very comfortable hotel well-placed in the city of Berlin. The rooms were very modern and well-appointed. Breakfast was included in the package and was both tasty and comprehensive. The staff were very friendly & very helpful at all times. We were able to drink beer at 9am in the hotel smoking lounge and then order more beer to our room - now thats service!. The room was small but functional, the beds where huge and comfy. The gym had everything to have a nice work out, perfect to burn off all the amazing food we had during the day! ;). Best shower in Europe. English TV stations. Close proximity to the famous TV Tower. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate and serve. Angelo is the best bartender in Berlin. It's a very good hotel with friendly stuff, very clean, modern. It has nice location, 3 min walk to Alexanderplatz and 10 min to the museum island, and big shopping mall nearby. Pleasantly surprised by all aspects from the warm welcome to the seamless checkout. Junior suite I had was value for money, comfortable and well presented. I will stay again!. We found the location suited us within easy walking distance of the TV tower. We had some tours booked and they both commenced closed by. Room was small, no mini bar although it is 4 stars, my room was far away from lifts and no enough lifts in hotel. The first receptionist I met!!! she was very rude, really unhelpful...luckily she told me she could not help I had to come back later!!! The second receptionist was lovely and very helpful .... Really did not like the fact that one night they had a private function and shut the bar and restaurant without warning....as we were a party of 9 people we had to make other arrangements!!!. No negatives . Thin pillows and small towels. The room sizes are a bit smaller. Nothing. No mini-bar fridge in the room. The room was a bit cold during the night. There was no minibar. Breakfast is not included in price, but quite rich for 15€. There is no double bed, only two separate, but can be put together. Pillows. Water was provided in the room but, a minor gripe, it would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities. The staff had a cold approach. Our hair dryer was not working properly and, even though we reported it straightaway and were told an engineer would have been sent to look at it, the device was not fixed at all... And we stayed there for 5 days! :/. Expensive (15 euros) breakfast, worth about 6. Boring neighborhood. There's no a fridge in the rooms. Rubbelkarten for Online Access a slight bother, otherwise free of charge. The service staff at breakfast all seemed to be in a mood. A little smile does make a big difference... Nothing. I didn't like to be woken up by the phone and the door In early mornings. The bathroom was lovely with under floor heating and a monsoon rain shower. However I am not one for frosted glass doors into bathrooms and toilets but that was the only thing I didn't like in the room. Our room was the furthest away on the top floor but that was only because the receptionist was kind enough to check me in early...there is nothing that I can complain about really!. Every thing was excellent. Pillows on the bed were rather flat. No other complaints. 1 Cost of Breakfast. Some people like just coffee & snack. 2. Lack of iron & ironing board. 3. Would have liked a menu of the restaurant in room to peruse. too hot in room and a/c controls didn't seem to make any difference. Lack of resident's lounge (other than smoking) - didn't want to sit on the side of a dual carriageway when I got back so would sit in room. No phone reception in our room No minibar fridge Breakfast not included Shampoo/ soap dispensers on wall (no individual toiletries) Not a proper door to the bathroom - frosted glass so no "noise protection" Small room. The beds were very hard....but that's just a personal preference. 1. When I entered into the room it was not 100% prepared: I noticed that the toillet paper was unchanged and there was some hair into one of the pillows. But I found those issues minor to ruin my view of the hotel. 2. For some reason the TV alarm was always going off 10 minutes past the set time. €15 for breakfast is a bit steep or as we say here " a bit Irish ". Just one restaurant and bar. The small bar didn't open until 18.00 and while it supposedly closed at 02.00 we were asked for last orders at 23.50. On one evening we along with several others were turned away as it was full,even though several empty seats were clearly visable - yes I know there are plenty of other drinking places in in Berlin... They ask to conserve the environment by using your towels more than once which is fine like they do in most hotels. the only problem was that there was no heated towel rail which you find in most hotels. So unless you don't mind drying yourself with a cold wet towel the second time round it's fine. That was my only fault though to be fair. Could not reach reception by phone to ask questions-always busy tone. Nothing not to like. Car parking was expensive. There was no tea or coffee making facilities or a refrigerator in the room. no tea and coffee easily available. Double room came with 2 single beds Poor bed make up Little tv variety No fridge Resteraunt is pricey and not as good quality as sorounding area.
