We booked in H2 Hotel but we were given a room next door in the Ramada. The staff at the H2 were super friendly and helpful. The room we got in the Ramada was way over the top of what I expected for the price we payed. Very pleases with the arrangement from the H2 management. The breakfast at the Ramada was fantastic and we enjoyed it. The staff at the Ramada were very helpful and friendly and the whole process of the change was seamless and very well organised. Credit to the management, proces.
所有评语 » Friendly staff who spoke good English were available all the time. We were able to check in early and they even had a set of wire cutters to cut off my broken suitcase padlock! The breakfast is a simple continental spread but is more than adequate and always fully stocked. The rooms are clean and well laid out. They have a 24hr restaurant which makes brilliant pasta and pizza which was perfect for us as group of girls on a budget to sit and eat a filling meal before going out partying in Berlin. The hotel is a minimalist one with a nice concept. Very clean and neat room, enough for two persons. Very good breakfast, with eggs, bacon, salad, honey, jams, peanut butter etc., the hotel and breakfast lounge was too crowded tough. The reception is very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra towels and pillows and it was provided immediately. The location is excellent, the hotel is in the heart of the city. The main train station of Alexanderplatz is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The price . The bathroom floor was heated, our room was at the front of the building at the main road and there was no noise from traffic at all. We only ate in the hotel on our last night but the food was amazing, big portions and reasonably priced. We were within walking distance to all the attractions and a 2min walk from the nearest U and S Bahn station. Since we were still there on 6th December we were greeted with a small chocolate Santa Claus outside our door for the feast of St Nicolas, which we th. The location of this hotel was excellent only a short walk from the train station and shopping centre at Alexanderplatz. We also walked to many of the tourist sites like Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Museums etc. The hotel was clean and bright and the reception staff were friendly. The room though small was comfortable and the monsoon shower was fantastic after a long day walking Berlin. The breakfast was healthy and fresh and the canteen area was buzzing with happy people every morning. The room was super clean, designed well and modern. The shower was superb!!! with heated floor which was very niceee!! The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very close to Alexanderplatz and the train station/underground, which makes it easy to navigate in the city. Loctaed within 20 second walk from great local traditional restaurant with great food. The hotel is also very close to shopping areas in Alexanderplatz. The service and staff were great. We have been proposed to change hotel to better - Ramada Hotel in the same building. Appartently, the conditions in Ramada Hotel are better than in h2. Personel in both hotels are great, realy helpfull and nice. + clean room and hotel + nice personel + great location + welcome bottle of water :) + SPA on 8 floor included + Greqat bed + large and good equipped bathroom and shower. +++ great, delicious breakfast with many dishes and drinks. Excelent hotel! Such a wonderful staff, very kindly. The room was amazing, modern, with a large TV, perfect shower and very clean, with a beautiful view throught a large window. The breakfast is good, and also there is a "market" in the first floor, where you can have drinks and food, like water, beers, salads and pasta for valuable prices. The localization was excelent for me, near at Alexander platz. The Wi-Fi sinal is realy good too. Central location, not far from the tv tower. Easy access to public transport, the river cruises, the city tours, shops and restaurants. We had a disabled room, that was excellent. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but small meals are available. Breakfast has a large selection buffet, taken in a fast food restaurant style setting with simple but comfortable seating and tables. A no frills value for money clean hotel. The location to the Alexanderplatz train station - approx 400m from the hotel - E1.50 each to the Berlin Hbf (3 train stops from the hotel's location). Good, adequate breakfast and an opportunity to purchase tea or coffee from the 'cafe' located near the hotel lobby. Goood location to the Alexanderplatz itself for tour buses and shopping. Try the Beer Garden restaurant nearby - fantastic with live music. It was my second stay at that hotel. Location, staff, facilities - simply excellent. Rooms might seam a bit small but as I spent most of the days out, I didn't mind. Delicious breakfast. I asked the staff to put me in a room looking over some quiet street/yard, and they did, which I appreciated a lot as on the next day I had a whole-day-long business meeting so having had a good night sleep was a must :). All the facilities in this ultra modern hotel were perfect for me as a solo traveller. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of choice. The other food on offer at the hotel was fresh, tasty and great value; transport was within walking distance. Room was very well equipped, well decorated, clean, comfortable and soundproof. We were there for the Berlin Half Marathon and upon check-in the person checking us in asked if we were there for the race and proceeded to give us a map with public transport instructions to pick up our race numbers. The on-site restaurant has great food and it is good value. The breakfast has a good selection. It is very close to Alexanderplatz u/s Bahn. Location was great - easy to get around the city from there. Staff were friendly & helpful, especially the staff in the breakfast/food area. One morning at breakfast, I asked for rolls that were available for breakfast on the previous day, and even though I was today they were all gone, the staff member went looking and came up with a very good substitute. Excellent value-for-money hotel, offering clean and comfortable rooms. Was a little surprised that the hotel does not provide a kettle for boiling water, so we had to buy drinking water for ourselves. The hotel is also a bit further from Alexanderplatz station, while the Park Inn station is nearer. But the breakfast provided is reasonable good. The hotel has a modern design. It has spacious underground parking. It's location is superb, just a couple of minutes walking time from Alexanderplatz, and near bus and metro stations. The room was clean and spacious. I had a great stay, the staff are very professional, conditions are excellent for a good rest. Internet access was good enough for skyping with my family, watching clips on my favourite youtube channel and for last minute updates/installs on my computer. Food at the restaurant was great and also the coffee. A great hotel, friendly staff (thank you for all your help with directions and for keeping my suitcase for me) close to transport station and tube and a 10 min walk to Unter Den Linden! 24 hr restaurant with food at reasonable prices (and the food I had was excellent!). Modern design, excellent and clean bathroom and shower facilities, very clean, helpful staff, strong free wifi signal, plenty of choice for breakfast, easy to reach, good location, very close to Alexanderplatz, good neighbourhood, good wall insulation, iPads in the lobby free for use to all guests. The staff were helpful and hard working. I liked the left luggage facility and the ticket system. The cafeteria staff were friendly. The breakfast was simple, good and generous amounts. The coffee was excellent. The power shower was very good. The bedding was clean and warm. I want to come back. The hotel was functional in a positive way- no frills, but everything we needed was there. Its location was perfect- walking distance to the main sights, and close to the bus route from Tegel. The cost represented excellent value for money.The breakfast was excellent (if a bit crowded). Rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom spotless and equipped with everything you needed. 24 hour service was no trouble, staff friendly and helpful. Stayed at H2 18 months before and it was as good then as it is now. Will always stay at H2 Hotel when in Berlin. Nice modern rooms, good breakfast and free wifi! Staff were very helpful and the front desk is 24 hours. The location is good very short walk to large station and we even walked all over the city from the hotel maybe only 45 minutes to Checkpoint Charlie and the surrounding areas. - breakfast is well organised, it's crowded but well taught for the minimum queue system. Good quality Orange Juice which is nice. - location of the hotel is very good close to the Alexanderplatz and the bus which goes to TXL directly. - friendly staff - clean rooms, modern look. Great location with Galeria and Alexa shopping malls both 5 min walking distance. Hofbrau Munchen (HB) just in the next building. People who loves beer know this name. Bus 100 and 200 stops just across the road. Train/subway station 5 min walking distance. Helpfull staff. The hotel was in a great location being under five mins from the train station. The room was clean and tidy being serviced everyday. We were on a stag do and four of us shared a quad room and had plenty of space. As a base it's great and the bar next door was brilliant. On arrival I was upgraded to the ramada hotel next door. Having now stayed at both hotels I found them both excellent. I have booked again to stay at h2. Service in both Hotels is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and comfortable for a great nights sleep. Location was good, near station and could walk, if preferred, to most 'tourist' attractions. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Real value for money. Also another good plus point was Hotel having Baggage store enabling us to leave bags after checking out. Room was really nice, breakfast and location were also great. I also found it really convenient that the hotel is very close to the place from where the buses that go to Tegel airport leave. It was really cheap and easy to get to the airport from there. It's extremely clean, and the room (and the hotel in general) is highly functional. I don't know how new the facilities are, but they look very new so apparently well maintained. The room boasts an almost minimalist design, quite Scandinavian in a way. Good location, modern hotel with easy transport links. Nice, clean, modern and bright rooms. Good breakfast in the cafe. Nice wifi in the rooms and 3 iPads off the lobby for use. Would stay here again. The hotel was fabulous. The staff were really friendly. It's ultra modern and clean. Breakfast was more than adequate . Food available throughout the day was delicious and great value. The en-suite was superior. Altogether a wonderful experience. The place is perfect. The location is near everything, the breakfast was great and no matter what you ask the staff to help you with, they do so with a smile and are extremely competent. The price is great. I have never been so impressed. Nice recpetion staff with good of languages. It is a no frills hotel with all you need for a short stay. Comfortable room and nicely equiped bathroom. Wifi service works perfect. Breakfast has a good selection of food. Very good location. As that was my first time in Berlin it was very important for me to stay in the city centre. It took me 15 minuts to get to Museumsinsel on foot. As for the hotel it was very comfortable, quiet, with a satisfying meal (incl. omelette). Really liked style and decor compact rooms but space really well utilised. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lovely polite helpful efficient staff. We had a great stay in a remarkable city. The hotel's location just a couple of blocks from Alexanderplatz and the TV tower made it ideally placed for many of the "must do" sights. A good range of food was provided for breakfast and the cafe/bar was open at all hours. Excelent breakfast included. I exchanged emails with the hotel before arriving for more informations and they answered quickly. Excellent staff and good localization, close to the station, shops, restaurants and attractions. Hotel room idea is like low fare airlines -- small, flexible and functional. Staffs working in the front desk are smiling young ladies with pleasant character. The location of the hotel was perfect for transport & Alexanderplatz. The staff were excellent & went about their job in a courteous & relaxed but professional manner, which puts everybody at ease. very nice breakfast(!!!), for people who have big breakfast, this hotel is the best choice. rooms very clean and luxury!! i liked the TV-sound-speakers in the shower room! it is very close to public transport!. we stayed at the hotel for two nights, all the staff we dealt with were friendly and happy. Would recommend this hotel to all our friends and definitely stay there again if we ever visit berlin in the future. No issues. The only thing... and I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel is... the rooms are on the small side. The pillows were far too thin, even with 2 each we had to fold them in half to make them thicker, however the beds were extremely comfortable. The pillows were very soft, could have done with about 3 of them. The room was small without closet and after openning the bags there was almost no room left to walk around. Just sugestion... It is good that Hotel offeres towels, shampoo, shower gel etc. It would be great to offer one use slippers shoes. My stay was perfect, but having a small fridge in the rooms would be nice. The pillows on the bed. Pillows!. Thin paper pillows. I had to ask for 7 more of them (yes you read correctly - seven), from the reception! The hotel has only one one large space serving as lounge, mini restaurant, breakfast room, etc. Nothing. I wish I could have stayed there a little bit longer :) . I cannot think of anything, I think I would stay at this hotel again next summer. This is a hotel that have gotten most things right. Well done!. No parking reservation, no place to park at the front of the building while you check-in or drop off your luggage, need to re-login to wifi, always very crowded at breakfast no matter if it's weekend or during the week. There was a slight problem with very small electric shocks in the lift . Just small static zaps . It's not really a problem. Nothing. We didn't like coming home. No fridge in rooms or tea and coffee making facilities. breakfast diversity could be a bit higher. Breakfast area was overcrowded in the mornings. More choice at breakfast would have been nice. Pillows too soft...but hey, that did not really detract from an enjoyable stay at the H2. Nothing. The WiFi signal could be stronger in the room. And I would still prefer the room equipped with a kettle. Staff at the check in desk were nice but didn't recommend any places of interest, didn't give any recommendations on places in Berlin.We are used to exploring on our own but would have been nice to have some information. The only thing I would say that could be improved is the small matter of the pillows on the bed . There's very little stuffing in them. As a result, we needed to prop them up considerably with our clothes and towels. There was no Wifi in the room. I asked at the front desk and they made a note to have the technicians look at it and the following day there were a group of technicians looking at the Internet but we were never able to get it in our room. The electric blinders rolled up automatically around nine something. Maybe due to the possition I hade set them, but it was no tpossible to roll them down again. The space for clothes, at least in my room, was really small, althoug it was sufficient for my one night stay, Breakfast area was a bit crowded. I can't think of anything. Need extra pillows(but just ask at reception), maybe have tea & coffee making facilities in room. Nothing. Bit of a scrum for a breakfast table from 9am to 9.30am. Tea-making facilities in the room would have been most welcome. The price of the hotel is a little bit high for Berlin. N/A. No tea and coffee in the room. Hairdryer overheated very quickly. Could have done with more or more substantial pillows. No safe deposit box in bedroom. Breakfast time. Everybody seemed to go for breakfast at the same time, so sometimes there were no cereal bowls or the coffee machines might have run dry but the catering staff would see to it immediately. 1)plexi-glass door for WC was not the best choice. 2)there was not fridge in the room.
