Small comfortable hotel, located just around the corner from Alexanderplatz. Three star hotel that could easily be described as a four star hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly, and the room was without any objections. could not fault the hotel at all staff were brillant ,limited bar but not a bad thing lol apart from that everything a1. Very close to the center, very well cleaned and very confortable, it looks new.

Good location. really great position; they give us the key of our room and of the principal door when we arrived and we were able to come back to the hotel whenever we want, also at 4 in the morning, without ringing or calling anyone! that was cool!. It would be very good if ,all of the stuff on the reception spokeenglish not just one. no coffie or tea machine in the room. the cleaner of the room forgot her keys outside our door when we didn't in the room for 1 whole day. the rooms smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Free wi-fi at the reception but, no internet at the room. on the other side of the road, there is a club. You can hear the load music oll night long.I read that some rooms face a disco and are noisy. We requested a quietroom, and they gave us one. a bit noisy. all night noise from what appeared to be a nightclub across the street was very annoying (Saturday night). 3 Euro for a small bottle of water from reception is much too expensive. it would be nicer if we could use wlan in our rooms, not only at the lobby. There was no kettle in the room. Parking place - damaged on my car. Breakfast: It was enough, but qualities of food were poor. Night club outside hotel goes all night some of the week, started at 2 am finished at 2 pm one day. Constant thumping bass can be heard from rooms on 6th floor with window shut. If you are sensitive to noise it could be a problem, but probably not that bad for most people, as it is Berlin and not the country. Was possible to sleep though.no internet in the rooms. The rooms with the window towards the road was noisy due to present construction work and the passage of the metro.There was no mini bar at the room, whenever we felt thirsty we had to go down to the reception and buy drinks from a big fridge next to the reception!. The noise from the nearest discotek was too much both Friday and Saturday night, but I guess the hotel cannot control this.Characterless decor. Uninviting restaurant area. Alexanderplatz is not an atractive area. the room did not have heating. Twin beds pushed together instead of double bed. Air conditioning not working. Nightclub across the street kept us awake until 5am. There was no hairdryer in the room, or glasses in the bathroom. It's not stroller/wheelchair friendly; there's no tea/coffee facilitiesin the room so guests with babies will have problems making formula milk. Hotel staff didn't speak good in English, they charge me twice for room and now I have big problem to get back money what they took from me!. The coldest room I ever had in my life ! just to cold and I am not sensitive... they must have some problem the room 101 was so f... cold. Perhaps in that price should have the breakfast or wireless network forfree. Also a little fridge in the room it would be nice. It is a littlebe noisy cause of the club but only on saturday night. It doesen'tannoy me much.we have been robed,while we were sleeping!there is not secyrity. freezing cold room, noise.
