  Great hotel was in a great location for where we wanted to be. Good trAnsport links either bus or overground. Hotel has a pub underneath that is huge and full of character. Had to admit then I was worried it would be rough before we walked in, but the staff were lovely, very friendly and even met some of the locals who were great.   Very comfortable and still cheap hotel in London. This hotel is ideal for tourists who wants to visit London and uses hotel just for accomodation.   The room quality was very high, everything was clean and well maintained. The facilities of the room were very respected on our trip, the tv was excellent, the air con was very helpful and needed, the kettle was used endlessly.   It's a cross between a hotel and and apartment which allows you to be very flexible with regard to cooking your own meals, getting a takeaway (which can be delivered according to the literature in my room) or going out to one of the many eateries at the Westfield Centre which is where the hotel is located. Its right in the mall so shopping was within very easy access and we didn't have to take our jackets out for shopping when it got cold.   Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!).
