  Exactly as reviews say: a comfortable family-run hotel with helpful staff and excellent full English breakfast.   For us everything was ok. It was hot in the room, hot water, the guy at the reception very nice and helpful. Very close to Stratford metro and train station. - The accomodation was perfect for the price.It´s near to the Stanstead airport and to the city centre.

Had to admit then I was worried it would be rough before we walked in, but the staff were lovely, very friendly and even met some of the locals who were great.
