  Had a great 5 night stay. Great location in the countryside on an easy to use bus route. No need to rent a car. Short walk to the coast through beautiful lanes. Good food, great service, fun folk music in pub. Would stay here again if we come back to Guernsey. - Nice location, not too far from the sea.   The staff make the place - they are all excellent. Superb inclusive breakfast...best I have had in a hotel - in fact, probably the best anywhere. There is a bit of a slope walking up from town, but I'm an old guy and had no problem - just a 10 minute stroll from St. Helier centre.   The Hotel is great, the staffs are really friendly and keen to help all costumer service is fantastic and the rate is cheap. I do recommend this hotel. - site seeing. relaxation. Excellent service Relaxed atmoshere. Staff very helpful James was great.

  Located in a lovely valley with beautiful gardens. The catering options were second to none - breakfast exceptional; dinner and bar snacks excelent value. Could not fault the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable and well appointed. We would definately not stay anywhere else on Guernsey, the whole ambience of the hotel was so relaxin - The hotel is in a truly stunning setting, looking out over a wooded gully, to the sea. Service was good, as was the food at both restaurants - it's well worth a trip to the Rock Garden for a few cocktails, too! Possibly the best hotel we've stayed at in Guernsey. Potential bookers should note that this is NOT in St Peter Port town but a rural location in the parish.

  Loved the huge bathroom. Toiletries were replenished each day. Breakfastdining room was lovely, with a good selection of food. King-size bed,and room overlooking the outdoor pool .   As we were in Jersey to visit our son who lives in St Helier it was so easy to use public transport rather than taking our hire care in the evenings The views of the beach etc. The lovely decor of public rooms in hotel and the bedroom was excellant even though we looked onto the car parking area. - Clean, spacious single room with double bed and... vad folk säger » ample storage space.   The bed was the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in!! I also asked if we could extend the check out by an hour which was no problem. - Service and helpfullness of staff.Good food.

Wonderful dining room and attentive service. location and sea view great, nice atmosphere and our boys liked the indoor pool(it was late October)and hot tub.
