Plenty clean and fluffy towels.   The Hotel was warm and comfortable. It was clean and the staff friendly a good location to the train station and centre of the town. The room was spacious and modern The only thing that I thought was wrong was that the shower base started to fill up and wouldn't drain away I stopped the shower and waited for it to drain away but I think there is a... vad folk säger » n issue with the drains. I reported it and the staff were very apologetic - I noted the care and attention to detail in the presentation of my room. Well done whoever was responsible it really shows you a level of professionalism rarely seen. Breakfast and evening staff were very welcoming and pleasant, again well done all. This experience has really reinforced my already high regard for the Ibis hotel group.
