  Where to even begin. We walked into this budget friendly hotel and were just blown away by the customer service. They are so friendly and welcoming. Cheap room got it on a deal and luckily got an upgrade when we got there. Told reception we would come back after the tour but the room was taken as the occupants had some trouble. Mr Tony sorted us out with alternative accommodation at a more expensive sister hotel and paid for our taxi for the same deal price.   I have traveled alot and stayed in many diferent hotels but this is the first time I feel like I am staying with my family. Since I arrived, the bellboys were so helpful to carry my bags and open the doors for me, then they gave me the welcome drink and fruits that made me so happy and confident to stay with them. They are always smiley and seemed to enjoy working with - Amazing! The room is so clean and comfortable, breakfast is so good and teasty. But I think I like the staffs the most as they dis a great job to pleased me during my stay. Since I checked in they were so helpful to carry my luggages and show me all needed information for my stay. Mss.Anne was so professional and always happy to provide me the good hints for my holiday. I will come back here for sure to stay and hang out with them.
