Where to even begin. We walked into this budget friendly hotel and were just blown away by the customer service. They are so friendly and welcoming. We paid approx €11 per night for a double room on a deal on letsbookhotel.com, which had aircon, tea/coffee, comfy large bed, decent shower, hot water etc. There's a girl on reception who goes by the name Emma, and a tour manager called Tony. all reviews » We stayed here one night before going to Halong bay. Cheap room got it on a deal and luckily got an upgrade when we got there. Told reception we would come back after the tour but the room was taken as the occupants had some trouble. Mr Tony sorted us out with alternative accommodation at a more expensive sister hotel and paid for our taxi for the same deal price. The room was a good size, actually had a shower with a glass door so no wet floor. And flat screen tv. The staff were very helpful a. From when we first booked with this hotel we were impressed. A welcoming email gave a great first impression that didn't lose momentum during the stay. The staff were professional and extremely helpful. The room was excellent for the price and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. It was in close proximity to everything in the old quarter and it delivered the friendlessness of a B&B with the privacy of a hotel room. The staff and specifically mr. Tony were really nice. We used Hanoi as our home base from which we went to Halong bay and Sa Pa and during and after the trips we could relax at the hotel while we did not even stay overnight. Great value for money and we definitely recommend this hotel if you want a nice room on a good location with very friendly personnel. Clean room, big shower, various breakfast choice from both Western style and Vietnam style. Strongly recommend to travellers. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms for very affordable price. For the price, not much. Bed is a little hard like everywhere in Vietnam. My partner said there was a little traffic noise early in the night but I didn't notice. Nothing!. Nothing!. first night we had a room facing the main road which was quite noisy made worse by road repairs throughout the night however not the hostels fault, we asked to change the next day to an inside room what they kindly allowed with no fuss. Inside room was a little dark but other than that fine.
