  Most amazing view - especially to wake up to. Staff were really good at organising tours and we're very friendly. Our room was huge! Our bed was two double beds together... Couldn't even touch my partner from one side of the bed. Breakfast was decent, but who cares with the view!

The breakfast is pretty good and if you - Cat Cat is ideally located near the centre of Sa Pa town. The views of the rice fields and the mountains from the terrace out the front of the room were breath-taking. The room came with a computer, wifi, tea/coffee facilities and a fire-place and was large and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient to start a days trekking and was delicious. The owner was very helpful with all of our inquiries.

  Good hotel, enjoyed my stay! Arrived with the night train and was at the hotel at 7am (dead tired after the train).   The staff is really nice and flexible. I didn't liked the dorm room and for low money increase I moved for 2 nights in a very comfortable single room. The really nice organised all other things for me- sa pa nowadays was fully booked and we desidet together what to do. I dont felt lost! They lady that ran it was brilliantly helpful and gave us a room to sleep and shower in before our room was ready at 6:30am on the day of check in which was really helpful. Organised a bus back to Lao cai for us when we were leaving and told us about treks they did without ever being pushy like you get in some places.

  We stayed at this hotel which was opened at xmas 2012 by Ex pat football coach Steve, and his local wife Van It was over the "Tet" new year and it a great surprise with the views and size of the rooms. Evening meal was one of the best we had in Vietnam over the preceeding 9 days of travelli - Brand new hotel with new facilities and very clean. One of the most fantastic views I had from an hotel before, it really fits the name as the best view in Sapa. As it is new hotel there are some minor improvements to be done. I had a problem in the bath room but immediately they change me to another room, same standard. Receptionist speaks perfect English which helps a lot. The rest of the staff doesn't speak the best English but as they are so willing to help you will find your way to get hel
