  This is a perfect hotel for Sapa in the Winter time, the hot and cold air-conditioner is very helpful while many people suffered from Sapa cold weather. It is worth for our train ride, we arrive at about 5am on night train and take about an hour to transfer from Lao Cai train Station to hotel by shuttle bus. Hotel staffs are all very friendly and they can communicate well with Englis - The hotel located in a very well place, it is very centre but quiet becuse it is up on the hill away from the traffic, It only take 2 minutes to walk to Sapa church, market and the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff, room clean and very warm. Trekking option is avialble at this hotel and they arranged very nice trek for us to Lao Chai and Ta van village. Inshort, We got the best value for what we paid for.

  The staff at Sapa are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel has a great restaurant upstairs which offers free cooking classes each evening.   First of all, the staff was just fantastic, very kind and ready to help you with whatever request you might have. We had a very nice room situated at the second floor. Although there is no central heating, the electric blanket and the electric heater successfully resolve this issue. The breakfast is pretty good and if you - Cat Cat is ideally located near the centre of Sa Pa town. The views of the rice fields and the mountains from the terrace out the front of the room were breath-taking. The room came with a computer, wifi, tea/coffee facilities and a fire-place and was large and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient to start a days trekking and was delicious. The owner was very helpful with all of our inquiries.

The first night was perfect, the room was clean the staff was nice etc, when we came back the day after from our trekking we checked into the same room, only now we had the misfortune of meeting some cockroaches in our room, I know that a ... what people say » cockroach every now and then is completely normal in asia, but these were more than just one, my friend whom I was travelling with really can't stand - Friendly staff, good contact in advance via email. It was a good choice. Located not directly in the center, but since sapa is small, everything can be reached easiely by foot. stayed at sapa cozy I, there is also a cozy II (across the street) with a small restaurant.
