Brand new family run hotel with very nice, spacious, clean and quiet rooms. The room is nice decorated with local handicraft, has a balcony with amazing views of the mountains and a fireplace which we really enjoyed in the chilly evenings. Good breakfast. The owners are simply great, very very kind and they give very good suggestions to explore the surroundings. We booked a very nice day trip and for the following day a motorbike as well as train ticket back to Hanoi. Highly recommended, great .
all reviews » Extremely helpful staff, arranging tours, motorbike hire & transport back to the train station (ask for them to pick you up too as we had to wait an hour for the local minibus to be full before leaving). Gave us an extra duvet as was quite cold (visited beginning of Dec). Beautiful views from the balcony & the room was wonderful. 3minute walk to main street/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!. What did I like? Everything! The sapa house is the best hotel we've stayed in so far. Clean and specious room,comfortable bed, big bathroom-even has a hair dryer! Sapa house is centrally located. Able to walk everywhere! Great choice for breakfast! They also provide a trekking trip which we've enjoyed. Everyone should stay in Sapa house. High quality hotel!. We stayed here for 6 days and we absolutely enjoyed it. The room was very clean, the breakfast was good and the owner is very nice and accommodating to our needs. He arrange everything for us like the van to lao cai, train tickets, and tours within sapa so you don't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend this hotel to every tourist going to sapa. Sapa house is just perfect. I've been travelling for many years now and I can say sapa house it's on my top 5 of the best places I've ever stayed in. The room was huge and beautiful, was very clean and it's at the perfect spot of sapa city. The weather was really cold in Sapa during our stay and the room did not have a heater, a fireplace or an A/C machine to warm it up. We got an extra blanket, but the room was freezing cold!!. The location is ok. Short walk from main attractions. Streets are dark so be careful when walking back after dinner. Toilet was not clean at all. No heating in standart room. No fresh towels every day.
