The Sapa Paradise View Hotel was among the best hotels we stayed at during our 3 week trip in Vietnam. Mr David, the hotel owner runs a very special hotel, is very thoughtful, anticipates guests needs and provides for all the creature comforts, exceptional customer service, and then more. Stayed 3 nights, and wish it was more - Sa Pa is one of Vietnam's true jewels and simply cannot be missed. Halong Bay of course is beautiful and I'd hate to have to choose but Sapa provides something special indeed. To start, I was able to check in very early at 7:00am. I had a special rate and was still upgraded to a deluxe room which was beautiful with TWO balconies with mountain views. David the hotel ma. Our Lovely Stay in Sapa Paradise View Hotel We were greeted by welcoming faces a upon our arrival at Sapa Paradise View. During our course of stay from 4th to 6th Oct 2013 the service was always excellent . All enquiries were always answered. We took a guided trek tour with the hotel which included lovely lunch picnic from hotel . After a full day tour we were pleasantly surprise with mini treats on both occasions with yummy fritter and cake complimentary from the hotel alongside with. The friendliness of the staff and their attention to details and their guests' needs, from Mr. David to the housekeeping and waiters in the restaurant. They focus on providing service and hospitality. I wasn't feeling very well when I arrived and they got medications for me and checked on me every once in a while. They also provide you with insider tips about Sapa and some guidance on where to go and what to do. I was surprised to receive some drinks and sweets everyday during my stay. The room. Extraordinary helpful staff with great and professional hospitality. Normally the train from Hanoi would arrive at early morning. They will allow you to check-in if the room is ready. I booked 4 rooms and when I checked out they offer us 1 room for late checkout waiting to leave to the train at 6pm. If you are too cold and forgot the bring winter jacket, you can rent from the shop just right in front of the hotel's door only 50,000 vnd! The day tour to Mong tribe village was a bit irritating . This hotel gave me the best time i had in vietnam. the room was adorable: clean, comfortable spoiling very well equipped with anything i needed from coffee set to a cable flatscreen, aircon and a real bath an internet connected pc inside the room and a breathtaking view from bed and the balcony. I couldnt leave this room. but better even than those was the service ran by the hotel owner David who was as kindfull and helpfull as we all wish when we travel. David would always greet you with a smi. The staff was very helpful and location is great. David at the front desk is putting his customers in the first place; the trekking tour he helped us arrange (2 people and our guide only) allowed us to spend a day in the company of an extremely likeable H'Mong lady and made our stay in Sa Pa so memorable. Hotel is located conveniently in the heart of Sa Pa and offers all expected services: complimentary water and fruits, decent breakfast, solid wifi and a generously spacious rooms. Early check-. The location of this hotel is perfect. It's off the main drag which means it's more quiet than other hotels yet it's still 2 minutes around the corner from the main square, shops and restaurants. Without a doubt, the best thing about the Sapa Paradise View Hotel is the staff; in particular, Mr David and Mr Kim, who went above and beyond for us during our stay. We especially appreciated the complimentary smoothies in the evening after returning from a long day's trek. This hotel has the most superb rooms, good location and friendly staff. but what makes it really special is the added extras. We arrived early before check in time - no problem they had a room we could use to freshen up. Same room made available when we left late after checkout and many other nice touches. Mr David and Mt Kim our hosts were fantastic, helpful, always cheerful and really went the extra mile. If you go to SAPA this is the place to stay. The service provided by Mr. David and his staff was exceptional and compares only with 5 star hoteles. we stayed only one night and Mr. David provided us with a snack for our daily trip and for the night train trip. They also provided a room for us to have a shower after checking out and coffee and tea while waiting for the transportation to Lao Cai. Computer available in the room plus wifi in entire hotel. Higly recomend this hotel. Paradise view hotel is great. We had some problems with a flight company in Vietnam. The hotel manager helped us perfectly. He arranged a call and solved our problem with the flight company. The hospitality was outstanding good as well was the view from the rooms. Sapa is known about its beautiful rice fields and hills. From the room we had a great view on this incredible nature. Very helpful, caring like parents;), good in english, and excellent knowledge of the area - despite the old fashion look of the restaurant, the food is absolutely delightful - this hotel is located right in the center if sapa, and the room we stayed in had a wonderful view upon the whole valley. We were welcomed by the manager, who spoke really good Englisch, with some tea. We had a nice view on the mountains from our room and they brougt us smoothies on the house. They gave us good sightseeing tips and we made a beautifull motorbike trips to some waterfalls. When we checked out, they had made a lunch For on the train back. The hotel is well located, in the center of Sapa. They offer massage services in the hotel (in your room if you like or in another room) ... so nice :) You are welcomed with a cocktail, cakes and a ginger tea. We had a very warm welcome and as most people arrive early in the morning using the night train, the hotel does have a dedicated room to refresh yourself and have a shower. Also when you leave you can still make use of a shower. Even when you leave by train again, they prepare you some sandwiches, bananas and water.
