The staff is awesome!!! They will do anything you ask and always in such a good mood (rarein vietnam). They are always really nice. On the day I left, they had my sandwich breakfast ready when I came down the room so I could take it on the bus with me!! The bathroom is amazing and the shower is just the best one in vietnam! The beds are really comfy and all the facilities are brand new and very good!.

It is very convenience staying at Sapa Elite hotel. I am totally satisfied with our stay at this hotel. If I am coming back to Sapa, surely I will choose Sapa Elite hotel again for my stay. Staff very lovely & welcoming. Mr Binh went out of his way to help me e.g. helping me out when I was stuck for access to the internet & giving me tips on where to go. As a lone traveller, I would definitely recommend this hotel - you certainly don't feel alone :). Fantastic hotel. The staff were really friendly & helpful. The rooms were modern & clean & the breakfast selection was good. The location was perfect , quietly just behind the town centre but only 2 minutes to the centre were all the restaurants were. This is probably the best hotel we stayd in during our month trip. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpfull, and our room was amazing, with 4 windows in 2 directions. Electric fireplace was also a nice surprise. The rooms are huge and have everything you could want, kettle and hairdryer huge bonus! Traveling during the winter can be complicate because the hotel doesn't has heater and also the shower has a limited time of hot water. The room was very cold. Nothing. Nothing. beds to hard, cold inside in winter time. We spent The first two nights at the upper room (above the loby). The room has a bad smell from the fireplace (it came from the bathroom ventilation). After we moved to the first floor, the smell was o.k. Notice that the upper room supose to be better. Breakfast too late. Everything was good.
