We spent 4 nights at the Orchid Hotel in Hue. From the time we made our reservation, arranged for airport pick-up and throughout our stay the staff was very responsive and extremely helpful. Everyone from reception to housekeeping was friendly. The room (603) was well maintained and everything was super clean. The staff is always attentive, enthusiastic and very eager to be helpful. The hotel sent a car to pick us up from the train station, and guess what, an English speaking hotel receptionist was there with the driver to welcome us; that's really service beyond expectations. -

and clean. They rent scooters which is highly recommended for getting
around town. Paid $8 per day, I'm sure you might find cheaper places
in town but if you rent with them, you know you're not getting

booked everything through the hotel, including city tour of tombs,
pagoda and citadel on motorbikes and our onwards car journey to Hoi An,
as prices were very reasonable. Each if these tours were excellent. We
arrived to Hue early in the morning by overnight train, and were offered
a welcome breakfast which was lovely. There was always a cold towel and
