  Nice breakfast with both asian and intercontinental dishes. Friendly and very helpfull staff in the reception and in the restaurant, and they speak English very well. Hotel rooms are neat and well equipped, but overall the hotel is a bit - My family voted Century as the best breakfast in Vietnam. Something for everyone the selection was amazing: pho, hot chips, pancakes, croissants, fried rice, fresh eggs or omlettes and more! Walk accross the road and you are in Restaurant and shopping zone. great views accross the river and good family room with wonderful balcony. Would stay again.

We stayed here two years ago and still good value and service. - Fabulous hotel with everything we could ask for, spacious and well- appointed rooms....great location within easy five minutes walk to the busy restaurant streets of new Hue, and still close enough to walk to the Perfume River (10-15min). Rooftop pool was excellent as was the restaurant for breakfast (both with fabulous city/river views)-selection on offer to suit most tastes. Friendly staff all round especially in the restaurant.

  A lovely hotel in the center of Hue. Not a luxury hotel but definitely a fantastic value for money. We had booked a family room which was incredibly spacious. They have a small swimming pool that was a fantastic retreat for our boys after a full day strolling between tombs, pagodas and the buildings in the Citadel. Nice, fresh brea - Whilst our room was very spacious room and had a balcony, it was a tad grimy (but not too bad - we were comfortable). The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially directing us to a Vietnamese restaurant that was my best meal in Vietnam (the name escapes me). The pool was such a welcome break in the sweltering heat, though its not quite as big as the pictures make out, and was sometimes quite crowded.

  Stayed here for 3 nights. Really awesome hotel. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. Great location. Rooms are spacious, very cosy and clean. They rent scooters which is highly recommended for getting around town. Paid $8 per day, I'm sure you might find cheaper places in town but if you rent with them, you know you're not getting ripped... what people say » off (which happens a lot in se Asia unfortunately). Had a problem with my bike, they fixed it immediately and even gave me a $5 discount at the end ( - The staff at Jade Hotel are extremely friendly and eager to help. We booked everything through the hotel, including city tour of tombs, pagoda and citadel on motorbikes and our onwards car journey to Hoi An, as prices were very reasonable. Each if these tours were excellent. We arrived to Hue early in the morning by overnight train, and were offered a welcome breakfast which was lovely.   This hotel is great! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They can assist with anything you need; boat trips, tours, sightseeing advise. Absolutely anything and all with a big friendly smile. We rented a really good motorbike and explored lots of very local villages and watched the farmers harvesting the rice on there suggestion and it was great... what people say » . We stayed for a week and it was fantastic, the breakfast is great and plentiful so it's just as well the hotel has no lift. When we left we felt lik - This hotel is the best i've ever stayed. The people is really helpfull, the accomodations are very nice, everything is clean. Is the only one i've stayed with a bath. They have a really good breakfast included. Help you with everything you need, call for you to the bus companies, for tours, etc Offer you water and tea, all the time. Well come drink and fruit. I really loved it and really recommend it!

  This hotel simply put is excellent. The best hotel I have stayed at in Vietnam without a doubt, the staff are amazing here, they are Friendly, organized, helpful, kind and speak brilliant English. Dave - We stayed four days and the room could not have been cleaner. Sheets and towels changed everyday. That does not happen in five star hotels. The breakfast was multi-choice with eggs, fruit etc. Tea and coffee available all day. Hot showers and I mean hot. For the price it gets a 10/10
