We spent two nights at Vancouver Hotel as we wanted to get away from the hustle of Hanoi. The room was clean and comfortable. David helped us to arrange a private tour with a driver and an English speaking guide to bring us around for a reasonable rate. We really enjoyed the sights at Ninh Binh. David was helpful and forthcoming with suggestions, and added a personal touch to our stay.

We only needed a hotel in a convenient location for our next day visit to Tam Coc but definitely found more than this. The hotel rooms are simply huge, very clean and comfortable. Really felt like home there. We even got a PC in the room.

Good staff, very helpful arranging transport (one of the staff took me on his motor bike all day sightseeing) and allowed early check in and arranged all my connections to Hoi An.
Hotel had good facilities, was clean and comfortable. Great value of course.
The sights around Ninh Binh (Tam Coc before or after the tourists have gone) and countryside are similarly impressive as Halong Bay.
