  The Summer Hotel is superb. All of the staff were so kind and helpful and polite. It's less than a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and there are lots of great restaurants nearby too. Whilst there isn't a great deal of space around the pool, it was perfect for a quick cooling dip at the end of the day. The breakfast buffet was fantastic... what people say » , all the food was really fresh and delicious. - The staff was extremely friendly throughout the time of our stay and so helpful as well. The room we was in and the breakfast room was all what you would expect a5 star hotel rather than a 3 star. Would definitely stay again. ***The pregnant lady working in the reception was so happy and cheerful***

  The Novotel NhaTrang is just amazing. The staff are absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful. We mentioned the night we arrived that it was my husbands birthday and at breakfast the next morning the reception staff came in with a cake and happy birthday written on the plate singing happy birthday and shook hands with him and wished him a grea... what people say » t day. The breakfast was vast with something for everyone, the rooms were amazing with a magnificent view. The little touches by the staff made us sad - - breakfast at the hotel with plentiful foods, elegant place and friendly smiling staff. I loved condensed milk coffee the most. - Novotel private beach is a bonus; I could spend hours under the shadow to listen to the wave sound and feel the sea wind. - The location is perfect with the excellent beach view, close to the Sailing Club, which I can walk, and not much far away from Winpearl entrance, that is a must for any Nha Trang visitor.

  We lived in this hotel in June 2013. We loved it!. It is a cozy, quiet hotel located not far from the sea and away from the second line (in the morning is not so noisy). Our room was adequate photo on letsbookhotel.com. The room is clean. Its cleaned and towels changed every day, bed linen changed every three days. Noisy / rowdy neighbors were not... what people say » . The hosts are very nice, pleasant, helpful people. They speak good English. It is a pity that do not speak Russian - Staff were amazing - super friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make my stay comfortable; the owner even offered some beers to me when he was drinking with his friends.
