The Novotel NhaTrang is just amazing. The staff are absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful. We mentioned the night we arrived that it was my husbands birthday and at breakfast the next morning the reception staff came in with a cake and happy birthday written on the plate singing happy birthday and shook hands with him and wished him a great day. The breakfast was vast with something for everyone, the rooms were amazing with a magnificent view. The little touches by the staff made us sad.

Brilliant hotel with fantastic sea views. Great location a 2 minute stroll to the main area. We were there for 7 nights but never once managed to get a sun bed, I think you would have to be on the beach by 7.00 am to get one!. - Not enough sunbeds at the beach - Drinks at free sunbeds are expensive - Bedlight only at one side of the bed. If you wonder why there's virtually no selection of fresh fruits etc at (included) breakfast buffet go to (paid) lunch or dinner buffet. There was a busy street between the hotel and the beach. Therefore, the balcony was useless because of all the constant honking. Could even hear through dual pane windows. Bed was hard, which some may prefer. Beach chairs were first come, first served, and they allowed the guests to leave and come back, making it impossible to enjoy sitting on the beach for even a couple of hours for most of the guests in the hotel. main street direct in front of the hotel. tiny pool. Only 24 hotel chairs available on the beach for the whole hotel. nothing. Nothing.
