  Good city location, still close enough to walk to the river, friendly staff, they did not have my reservation but they offered that I open my email on their computer and to print it. Offered upgrade - but even the 3rd key did not open the door.

  This is a perfect hotel for Sapa in the Winter time, the hot and cold air-conditioner is very helpful while many people suffered from Sapa cold weather. It is worth for our train ride, we arrive at about 5am on night train and take about an hour to transfer from Lao Cai train Station to hotel by shuttle bus. Very friendly and helpful staff, room clean and very warm. Trekking option is avialble at this hotel and they arranged very nice trek for us to Lao Chai and Ta van village. Inshort, We got the best value for what we paid for.
