  The location of this hotel was great. Very close to the ancient city and Japanese bridge area. The free bikes are also a bonus while there we used the bikes every day to see the countryside, go to the beach and visit local villages.   This is a relaxing place to stay, with a lovely swimming pool in the centre of the complex. The rooms open out onto balcony's and are spacious. Its a short distance to the central shopping area with lots of tailor made things to purchase. Also we hired bikes from the hotel at $1 full day hireage and biked out to the beach and through the villag... what people say » es. A Dr arrived within 30 minutes to our room when we needed one. Efficient and frinedly service, and we would return if travelling here again. - The pool was what drew me to this hotel. It was gorgeous although strong chlorine taste. The room was adequate and the bathroom was generous with a bath and separate shower. Lovely balcony overlooking the street which we like, so as to feel like we were actually in Vietnam, otherwise the hotel could have been anywhere! Breakfast was good, freshly made eggs as you please tops the list. Views were lovely from the 5th floor.

  The hotel is very nice, located between the beach and the town. You get bikes for free so basically you can move around very easy. We had the cheapest room in the last floor and it was very big and clean. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of choices. We arrived in Hoi An a day early and had to stay in another hotel for one night, then Sally in Hai Au came and met us with a taxi, which the Hai Au hotel paid for, and took us to the Hai Au hotel.   The place is lovely and the location is perfect, not totally central but it is a pleasant walk away. We rented a motorbike from right outside the hotel. We had booked a twin room by mistake and decided to change our booking to a japanese room that overlooks the pool and the owner of the hotel gave us a discount on the room.
