Having read the reviews, our expectations were quite high. On arrival, reception staff were polite, friendly and very helpful (later, we were to experience the same attitude from all staff during our three day stay).Then we saw the apartment! Wow! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our friends for 3 nights. The accommodation was superb as were the staff who were polite and helpful. Food quality at breakfast and evening were superb. With an outdoor swimming pool and access to gym, Jacuzzi and steam room the facilities were perfect for a wind down break before we flew home. We would recommend Norfolk Mansions to you all. Good location with nearby local restaurants and markets.

Very good location in district 3 but also at the edge of district 1. Quick walk to a number of the main attractions and downtown area.
Lots of coffee bars also nearby. The staff atvthe hotel are very professional and helpful. The apartments are large and spacious and although I booked a 1 bedroom apartment was given a 3 bed / 2 bathroom apartment

As a family of 6 we loved the hotel. The 3-bedroom apartment we booked
was huge and so comfortable for us, and the price was just a bit more
than 1 room in a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was also good, as was the
swimming pool. Service was very friendly and although the hotel is
located in District 3, it was only a 7 minute walk to the city centre
or a cheap taxi ride away. I recommend this hotel for everyone,
especially families. There is a very good Japanese restaurant, Tokyo
Town, and a supermark

Great location and good service from staff. - Very helpful, friendly staff (Asian people are far more customer friendly than the UK and really can't do enough for you). Most had good English language skills. Fantastic central location.

The hotel has just opened few days ago. I was impressed with this hotel and its facilities. Service was great. Staffs are very attentive and friendly. Unbeatable location, easy access to the centre. just 5 minutes by walk from hotel to Ben Thanh Market, there are a lot of traditional foods in there, we went late at night at 1 Am and staff opened door for us with welcoming smile and hotel is beautiful,homely and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. A lovely small hotel, great for a few days stay, down a small passage off a busy road, still easy to find, but made it quiet from the ubiquitous Vietnam traffic noise and beeping horns (unfortuanatly, like all hotels of this ilk, still at the mercy of selfish guests that get up at 7am who chat and bang about in the corridors, the door to the room

It's a small hotel, with nice small cafe downstairs where they serve breakfast. Don't expect big buffet, but you have all main items, bread, fruits, yogurts, eggs station, juices, coffee/tea,ect.
We had chance to meet owner of the place and he took his time to explain us interesting places in Saigon. The rest staff were great. Great location, in city centre. Very clean hotel. We will stay there again.

I rather liked the OTT style of the rooms with wonderful (if somewhat large!) furniture and lots of gold - kind of reminicent of Versailles...only the room was far smaller and it in Versailles the gold is leaf, not paint!
